The Legacy of a Mentally Unwell Parent
Can you be a good parent when you’re mentally unwell?
A big question, really.
If you ask me that question as a child of a mother with several mental illnesses, the answer would be no. A big fat NO. But if you ask me as a parent, one with their own mental illness, then I’d say yes. Of course.
