Every day, I have the same smoothie for breakfast.

The reason is simple: if I can get a good portion of the healthiest foods in the world into my system before lunch — and can do so in an efficient and delicious way — I don’t have to waste much brain power on what I’m going to consume later.

It’s kind of like the nutritional version of Steve Jobs wearing the same thing every day so he didn’t have to waste any mental bandwidth picking outfits.
