How Do I Purchase My First Active Box?

To purchase the Active Box, you first need to select ACTIVE BOX from the Top Menu.
In the left scan column, select the desired amount using the slider or by typing the amount manually. The maximum amount you can purchase an Active Box is limited by your Omega account balance.
Next, click ACCEPT AND BUY.
Confirm the purchase in the new pop window.

Congratulations! You have just purchased your first Active Box!

To deposit funds into your account, click on the yellow ADD FUNDS button located on either sides of the screen.
A pop up window will appear, prompting you to choose your payment method. Click on BITCOIN.
Select the desired amount using the slider. You can also enter the amount manually. Then click ADD FUNDS.
You’ll now be redirect to the OmegaPay pop up window, where you’ll find all details required to transfer the funds.
You can scan the QR code or copy the wallet address by clicking on it to send the funds manually.

And that’s it! The funds will appear in your Omega account shortly!

To add funds using the Euro Currency, you’ll need to verify your identity first.
Click on the yellow ADD FUNDS button located on either sides of the screen.
A pop up window will appear, prompting you to choose your payment method. Select the EURO option.
The pop up will prompt you to verify your identity.
After clicking on VERIFY, you will see the ACCOUNT VERIFICATION screen.
Select DOCUMENT TYPE from the drop-down Menu.
Select SOURCE OF INCOME from the drop-down Menu.
Next, UPLOAD a scanned photo of your ID.
Finally, UPLOAD a selfie of you HOLDING THE ID.
Make sure that the NAME & DATE OF BIRTH you use to register your Omega account matches the one the document. Click SUBMIT.
Please note that the verification may take up to 48 hours, but we always try to complete this process as soon as possible.
Once your verification is complete, you can click on the yellow ADD FUNDS button and select EURO.
You will now be presented with the bank account details that you can use to transfer funds into your Omega account.
The funds will appear once the transaction is completed between the banks.

Now you’re ready to Rock N’ Roll!

You can withdraw funds in two ways: directly from your Active Box, or from your Omega wallet. The process is identical for both ways.
Click WITHDRAW. In the new pop up window, select the desired amount using the slider or by typing the amount manually.
Add your BITCOIN ADDRESS into the address field. Click WITHDRAW.
You will now have one more chance to verify the payment details. Hit WITHDRAW once more to confirm.

Voila! Your money is on now its way to you!
