Submit your story to the Ad Fantastika Publication

1. Topics:

Since we are a publication about the broadly defined Fantasy and Science Fiction genres, we’re naturally looking for content related to these topics.

Our original focus is on literature, but content about any other media in the genre is OK (film, TV series, video games, artwork, comic strips, etc.), as long as you have something interesting to say!

2. The kind of content we are looking for:

Reviews: in-depth reviews about any work in the Fantasy or SciFy genres. We prefer reviews that are:

• Honest: disclose if you are a fan or a hater, talk about how a work touched you personally, and why. This makes for a more interesting piece of content than faking objectivity. What I love about… & What I hate about… are good starting points.
• Acknowledge that not everyone is like you: try to see the other side and give something useful for people with different tastes.

Articles, Guides, Interviews, etc.: anything, as long as it is interesting and on topic.

3. Guidelines:

• High-quality writing: this is a hobby project. No one will spend time editing your content for grammar, punctuation, or boring writing. Make sure the content you submit is reasonably refined, otherwise it will get rejected.
• Art: we are fortunate enough to be writing in a genre that has absolutely amazing artwork (IMO the best in the world). Make use of it to make your content better! When you do, however, always link back to the artist!
• Paywall: we are OK with both free or paywalled content.
• Self Promotion: totally fine, as long as you do it non-intrusively. If the whole point of the post is self-promotion, it will get rejected, but it’s absolutely fine to plug something at the end of the article.
• Medium Terms: it goes without saying that the content must abide by the rules of the platform. This means no sponsored posts and third-party ads.

Include a link to a draft of your story, and I’ll get back to you ASAP!

This process will probably change as we grow, but for now, there is no need to complicate things.
