Here we are in Week 6 of the NFL season and the QB position is as deep as it’s ever been. The star QBs like Aaron Rodgers, Tom Brady and Drew Brees have all been lighting it up as expected, but what has really changed the QB landscape has been the emergence of guys like Patrick Mahomes, Jared Goff and even Andy Dalton, who has been great this year. That just highlights the fact that you can continue to win while streaming QBs. This week both Brees and Matthew Stafford have bye weeks, which may have a lot of people scrambling for a QB. Look no further as I list this weeks top streaming options.

Jameis Winston at Atlanta Falcons

Winston is back for the Bucs this week and he could not have asked for a better matchup than the Falcons, who are 29th in the league against QBs. Winston is returning to one of the top offenses in the league right now and he must be rostered in all leagues. The Bucs have weapons all over the field for Jameis to target, led of course by star wideout Mike Evans, who has been dominant all season. He has a deep threat in DeSean Jackson and second year man Chris Godwin has made a name for himself this season with three touchdowns in just four games. This game will take place in Atlanta where the Falcons always score a bunch and this game should turn into a shootout fast. Atlanta is giving up on average 29 points per game to QBs thru Week 5 and I think Winston even eclipses that number with a 30-point game, winning you your Fantasy matchup.

Eli Manning versus Philadelphia Eagles

The Giants host the Eagles on Thursday night this week and it may be the perfect time to get Manning into your Fantasy lineups. Last season Manning threw for more than 800 yards in the two games against them, and he has a good chance to repeat those performances on Thursday night. The Eagles defense this year has not been as good as expected with the secondary giving up an average of 23 points per game to QBs and giving up more than 30 twice. The Giants offense may have finally found its groove last week in a heart-breaking loss to the Panthers that ended on an unbelievable 63-yard field goal. Even in a loss star WR Odell Beckham, Jr., had his best game of the year while rookie RB Saquon Barkley caught two TDs as well showing us what this offense could be. In a divisional matchup in Prime Time expect the Giants to go all out to get the W by throwing it to their talented pass catchers giving Manning plenty of opportunities to score.

CJ Beathard at Green Bay Packers

The 49ers travel to Green Bay this week to face off against Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers on Monday night in a game which may be a lot closer than many expect. The 49ers may have lost both games since Jimmy G went down, but replacement Beathard has actually been very solid over the past two weeks, scoring 21 and 23 fantasy points respectively. The Packers defense has been decent this year defending QBs but the young secondary still has it’s flaws and is a little bit banged up this week which should help Beathard find his playmakers down field. With the Packers coming off an ugly loss in Detroit they will surely come out firing, and if the 49ers were to fall behind in this one we could see Beathard throwing the ball all game long. The 49ers also just lost RB Matt Breida to an ankle injury that should keep him out of this game, which will force Beathard to throw even more and against the Packers in Lambeau. You know the 49ers will have no choice but to be aggressive on offense, which should lead to a big game for Beathard.
