It’s week 10, and counting this week we are four weeks until the fantasy football playoffs. Week 9 not only gave us a ton of great NFL matchups, but we also had a ton of players going off for fantasy. We also saw plenty of our studs have some lower scoring weeks. We have four teams on a bye this week — the Denver Broncos, Houston Texans, Minnesota Vikings and the Baltimore Ravens. At this point we all know who are studs are and likely who is a staple in our lineup and who may be a question mark. So let us help you out with that hard decision and check out our ranks below. Of course you could always check out our podcast on iTunes or Spotify as well Fantasy Football Roundtable. As always may the fantasy gods grant you a win this week.

Quarterbacks

No surprise Patrick Mahomes ,the fantasy god himself, tops our QB Ranks this week, and will likely continue to be a fixture up in the Top 5. We saw a return to the Top 10 from Drew Brees this week, as he has been in a more run-dependent offense as of late. However, this week is a run of the normal in the Top 12. My pick on the outside to have a break out day is Alex Smith.

  1. Patrick Mahomes- 26.4
  2. Aaron Rodgers- 26.2
  3. Carson Wentz- 25.9
  4. Matt Ryan- 25.7
  5. Tom Brady- 25.6

  22. Josh Rosen- 18.5
  23. Derek Carr- 18.2
  24. Blake Bortles- 17.8
  25. Brock Osweiler- 16.7

Running Backs

Much like quarterback, we see a lot of familiar faces at the top this week. Todd Gurley had a down week last week, if you can consider 19 points a down week. We saw Dion Lewis finally take full control of the backfield in Tennessee. Meanwhile it looks like Le’Veon Bell is likely not coming back, so if you have James Conner enjoy him this year because you won’t be getting him in the late rounds anymore. My pick to have a breakout game outside the Top 12 is Aaron Jones.

  1. Todd Gurley- 24.3
  2. Saquon Barkley- 24.1
  3. Chrisitan McCaffrey- 23.8

  49. Chris Ivory- 6.5
  50. Carlos Hyde- 6.1

Wide Receivers

A.J. Green has been sidelined with a toe injury that will likely keep him out of our fantasy lineups for at least two weeks. Paul Richardson ended up in the IR for the Redskins. Dez Bryant has been signed by the New Orleans Saints, while I don’t think the Dez signing is a big deal for fantasy, if you have an extra empty slot he may be worth a stash. My pick to have a breakout game outside the Top 12 is Josh Gordon.

  1. Odell Beckham, Jr.- 21.8
  2. Michael Thomas- 21.3
  3. Davante Adams- 21.0
  4. Antonio Brown- 20.6

  29. Calvin Ridley- 11.1
  30. Doug Baldwin- 11.0
  31. Tre’Quan Smith- 10.9
  32. Marvin Jones- 10.7
  33. Tyler Lockett- 10.5

Tight Ends

Tight end continues to be a wasteland for fantasy, the good news is we really only lost one up and comer on our tight end list this week. Jeff Heuerman of the Broncos, if he’s available even though he’s on a bye pick him up. He has a chance to be a tight end two moving forward, and possibly a back end tight end one. As of right now the 12th tight end for fantasy is Kyle Rudolph with 63 points. Heuerman is currently just 17 behind him and approaching quickly.

  1. Travis Kelce- 17.1
