Week 14 Streaming Defenses
With fantasy playoffs upon us, many owners have been planning ahead and rostering multiple defenses. This means more DSTs are owned which limits the streaming options. When checking your waiver wire, see what Week 15 looks like and if there aren’t many options then consider making room on your roster to grab one now. The Seahawks, Redskins, Titans, Broncos and Jaguars are a few to look out for. The Broncos and Titans aren’t eligible as streamers, but have great matchups this week as well.
Buffalo Bills vs New York Jets (41.3 percent owned)
These two teams faced off in New York just four weeks ago where the Bills held the Jets to 10 points with three sacks and two interceptions. The Jets offense has given up the fifth most fantasy points to opposing defenses and rookie QB Sam Darnold is expected to make his first start since his injury suffered in Week 9. Vegas projects this to be one of the two lowest scoring games giving the defenses a decent floor (although Buffalo scored 41 points in their last meeting).
Dallas Cowboys vs Philadelphia Eagles (32.2 percent owned)
The Cowboys are a hot team right now and just came off a Thursday Night game where they held New Orleans’ high-powered offense to just 10 points. This is an important game for NFC East and the Cowboys should play the Eagles just as tough. They’re also had an extra few days to prepare for this game and Philadelphia’s offense hasn’t been preforming up to expectations.
