Ahead of the football championship game, we highlight some of our favorite plays on the Fanvest market this week.

Quarterback

Patrick Mahomes — $FBX30.36

Ok, there’s really no “sleepers” at the QB position in this game, and the prices of both QBs are quite astronomical, but we generally think Patrick Mahomes has the upside to explode for 35+ points. Our general recommendation, though, would be to limit your exposure to just a couple shares based on the high price tags.

Running Back

Leonard Fournette — $FBX15.34

We are finally hopping on the “Playoff Lenny” Bandwagon. In 3 playoff games, he has been an absolute beast, amassing 313 yards from scrimmage to go with his 3 TDs. His involvement in the passing game (leads the team with 14 catches this postseason) ensures a high floor regardless of how the game plays out, as well.

Wide Receiver

Scott Miller — $FBX6.18

Miller’s big-play ability was put on full display at the end of the 1st half last game against Green Bay. With Antonio Brown once again likely to miss the game, Miller should have plenty of opportunities to cash in on a reasonable price tag. In 9 games with AB sidelined, Miller has averaged 10 fantasy points per game, making 6 fanbucks look quite appealing.

Tight End

Cameron Brate — $FBX4.33

4 fanbucks is a ridiculous price for a player that has 5 or more targets in every playoff game this year. While Gronk is always a threat to vulture some red zone targets, Brate has established himself as the preferred target in the passing game, catching 11 passes in 3 postseason games with Brady for an average of 9.1 fantasy points per game
