Pricing Tiers

It’s all about value. Below you’ll find the pricing tiers based on share price and return, or the amount of fanbucks ($FBX) you’d receive upon a win:

  • Blue Chip: Share Price > $FBX 80 (Return < 1.25x)
  • Large Favorite: Share Price $FBX 60 — $FBX 80 (Return 1.7x — 1.25x)
  • Small Favorite: Share Price $FBX 50 — $FBX 60 (Return 2x — 1.7x)
  • Small Underdog: Share Price $FBX 40 — $FBX 50 (Return 2.5x — 2x)
  • Big Underdog: Share Price $FBX 25 — $FBX 40 (Return 4x — 2.5x)
  • ‘Dog of the Week’: Share Price < $FBX 25 (Return > 4x)

Example: 1 Share of CIN purchased at $FBX 30.30 would increase to $FBX 100 upon a win, a return of (100/30.30 = 3.3x)

The Fanvest Five

Each week our team of analysts will select their five favorite plays of the week and the record will be tracked in this article.

We’re still waiting on SF to play MNF, but we cashed on two underdogs for a modestly positive W13. Had JAX pulled out the victory in OT, it would have been a monster week.

There are some very strong buy opportunities with favorites this week, so we’re going all chalk.

Sunday 1:00pm: Green Bay Packers ($FBX 76.19) @ Detroit Lions

Aaron Rodgers has an opportunity to keep himself at the top of the MVP conversation with a dominant road win against a divisional rival. With how much DET has struggled this season, it’s hard to say what price is too high for Rodgers and Co., as only complete disaster would prevent a GB win.

Sunday 1:00pm: Tennessee Titans ($FBX 75.29) @ Jacksonville Jaguars

Derrick Henry is running all over opposing defenses and it’s hard to see JAX, the team that fell victim to Henry’s original 99-yard TD run, getting in his way. TEN doesn’t offer a massive return, but that’s because they are one of the AFC’s top teams and are facing a Jaguars team playing for 2021.

Sunday 1:00pm: Minnesota Vikings @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers ($FBX 71.73)

Brady against Cousins? Advantage: Brady. TB’s league-leading run defense takes away the Vikings top weapon, Dalvin Cook. With both teams focusing on attacking through the air, Tom Brady and a more talented Bucs team offer the safest of W14 fanvestments.

Sunday 1:00pm: Kansas City Chiefs ($FBX 74.00) @ Miami Dolphins

Patrick Mahomes is headed towards his 2nd MVP, and the Chiefs offense still looks unstoppable. The ability to get KC for under $FBX 90 is a luxury given they are by far the best team in the league.

Sunday 1:00pm: Arizona Cardinals ($FBX 56.41) @ New York Giants

Fighting for a playoff spot, ARI needs to secure a victory to stay in the NFC Wild Card hunt. With the much better QB and offense, the Cardinals shape up as one of the best value plays of W14.
