Why are we launching Faqbot in-app?

Since our version 1.0 launched 6 months ago we got multiple requests to integrate Faqbot on mobile applications and with other application widgets such as Intercom, Zendesk and others.

We launch our Chat API feature so mobile app builder can easily integrate Faqbot into their app. So users can chat directly in the app with an automated helper bot that answers frequently asked questions automatically.

Now, 20 days after our version 2.0 launched and up voted to product no.3 of the day on Product Hunt. We are launching Faqbot in-app.

There are more than 5 millions apps in the world and estimated to generate $41.1 billion in gross annual revenue in 2015 and projected to exceed $189 billion by 2020.

What is Faqbot in-app ?

Faqbot in-app is a feature. It is an extension of our current offering. Today customers subscribe to our service, setup their FAQ database in minutes. Their chatbot is ready for installation on their website and Facebook pages by copy-pasting a snippets of code or to connect with their Facebook page. No coding skills needed.

Now with this Chat API they can install Faqbot directly into their mobile application. So their users can chat with the bot and get answer automatically to their frequently asked questions. Without needing to leave the app or their smartphone.

How can I integrate this?

Easy. After your signup and setup your FAQ database. Go to the installation tab and click the ‘On mobile app’ tab to get a snippet of code. Add a post request with this code in your mobile app script. This code will install your chatbot in your application.

Simple and straight forward. Or forward this instructions to your mobile app developer to have them integrate this for you.
