Growth Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a passionate growth marketer with a burning curiosity to discover how things work & how we can improve them. Who will play a key role in developing and executing campaigns across multiple channels in strategic and operational support. The goal is to enable business growth and a seamless customer lifecycle by focusing on the implementation and coordination to run successful marketing campaigns.

Responsible for

  • Design and conduct experiments to optimize and improve Lead generation funnel.
  • Strong understanding of how to execute, manage and report on paid digital acquisition campaigns. Manage multiple paid media channels and performance marketing campaigns (i.e.Twitter, Linkedin, Google, email, etc).
  • Builds experience, monitors implementation, and identifies metrics important for evaluating success.
  • Work with media agency partners and internal teams to improve performance and identify new opportunities
  • Utilize data, customer segmentation, ongoing measurement, and a continuous test-and-learn approach to enhance performance
  • Facilitating collaboration between Sales, Ops and Marketing to ensure success in lead handover process, increasing conversion rates to drive sales


  • +3 years experience in similar roles (i.e. performance, growth, marketing specialist).
  • Outstanding analytical skills. Master the ability to interpret and generate data to make informed decisions.
  • Deep knowledge of paid advertising. Facebook Ad Manager and Google suite are essential.
  • Knowledge of digital lead generation tactics, bonus with B2B experience and working with agencies.
  • Experience in marketing automation and journeys.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
  • Ability to create campaigns that deliver increased traffic, engagement and conversion and to report the performance using data and insight from a variety of sources.

Offensive Security Analyst

We are looking for a person who will be in charge of evaluating the technological and corporative risk of multiple important companies, with the objective of identifying and evading any control that may exist. Also, will be in charge of working one-on-one with partners to help them in their mitigation phases of any flaw and constantly creating feedback so these errors would not appear again. We will try that all these tasks not only be from your technical skills, but we also want to innovate with multiple technologies and tools as well our product Faraday.

The challenges we propose to you are:

  • Automating passive & active reconnaissance for our Continuous Scanning engine and reflecting any results in our platform.
  • Research on existing vulnerabilities, 0days, and 1days.
  • Identifying potential attack vectors and exploiting them in order to show the real risk and impact, like a real attack would do.
  • Collaborate with clients in their mitigation cycle and provide continuous support to them.
  • Participating in one-on-one sessions with multiple clients showing results over Faraday.
  • Vulnerability triage and delivery of reports.

What are we expecting from you:

  • Experience in red/blue team tasks.
  • Scripting knowledge of any high-level language.
  • Simplicity when communicating with co-workers and clients.

Sr Python Developer

For this position, we are looking for two candidates with knowledge of the development and maintenance of the product. Language-specific knowledge, development experience, and technical curiosity will be valued.

BackEnd Tech Lead

A BackEnd Tech Lead is a software developer, responsible for leading a development team, and responsible for the quality of its technical products, who establishes a technical vision with the development team and works with them to achieve the goal.

Project Responsibility

  • Take up the responsibility for the entire Project.
  • Carefully analyze the project and rectify the errors found in the process.
  • Undergoing the process of analysis in order to fulfill the requirement of system-wide.
  • Developing the detailed design structure after understanding the requirements and the design.
  • Implementing the best practices and coding standards of the project.
  • Keep on asking for reviews and feedback from your peers.
  • Reporting for all the weekly tasks in form of accurate and detailed reports.
  • To keep a check on the whole system, conduct the testing and integration testing for the entire system.
  • Working on identifying the project risk and planning mitigation action with the PM at the project level.
  • It should be proactive while reacting to the surprises and should have a written explanation for the same.
  • It should also work on constantly increasing the productivity of the team and reducing the waste on the other end.
  • Tech Lead should inspire all the other team members, a Lead who is looked upon by all the members.

General Responsibilities

  • Technical Lead should be flexible enough and be adaptable to the changing and varied work settings.
  • Should carefully analyze the details of all the work.
  • It's important to be firm but equally fair too. Admitting your mistakes is also equally important.

  • Make yourself completely aware of all the technologies thoroughly, especially the ones associated with software or application which is under construction.
  • Share the success and failures with the team.

Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with the team and clients.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills; passion for problem-solving and research. Experience as development or technical support engineer in a business environment.

Experience in scripting or programming in languages ​​such as Bash, Python or Ruby, or similar scripting languages.

You must have a “can-do” attitude that can identify problems, take responsibility, and provide solutions.

  • Comprehend product strengths and functionality deeply enough so as to qualify and generate new businesses virtually or in person.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for the assigned territory to archive the company’s plan and quotas.
  • Respond to lead generation and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to increase go-to-market results in the assigned territory.
  • Track sales process and forecasting within the CRM system.


  • 10+ years of professional experience, including +6 sales or similar.
  • +3 years of successful software enterprise sales experience will be a plus.
  • SaaS sales experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and customer relationship skills.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated persistence in overcoming obstacles, striving to improve skills and achieve goals, consistently moving the prospect towards commitment, and closing sales.
  • Experience with Google Suite, Zoho CRM, and Hubspot.
  • Ability to be proactive and self-sufficient.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Knowledge in Vulnerability Management and Penetration Testing will be a plus.
  • Experience working with a diligent sales process methodology (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, etc.) is strongly preferred.
