Chicken of the woods discovery, thanks to the guinea fowl

The guinea fowl are sometimes loud. Since we let them out to roam the farm after the all-clear was sounded on the bird flu, the guineas stay together in groups and wander the yard and forest. When a hawk flies overheard or a fox comes in the yard or they see a snake or sometimes for no apparent reason, they make a massive amount of noise. It is a distress call. Then all of the guinea fowl turn to face the danger and make more noise. It can be deafening.
