In-shop search function makes it easier for customers to find products.
Customers can navigate farm shops and inventory with ease with an in-shop product search function. A live search bar tool offers a more convenient way to shop seasonally so that shoppers can quickly find what they’re looking for.
Consumers can already easily find farms that deliver or distribute nearby when exploring GrownBy’s map, or filter their search by farm certification, product type, or custom tags added by the farmer. We just made it easier!
ACH payments reduce fees and make shopping more secure.
Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments are here and enabled for all farms.* Farmers and customers can link their bank account directly to their grownby.app account to smoothly process payments, with fewer processing fees.
With ACH payments, money is transferred directly between accounts, which makes this type of electronic fund transfer just as secure and convenient as credit or debit card payments.
The processing charge for ACH transfers (0.8% per transaction, plus a one-time fee of $1.50 for new customers) is less expensive than Stripe’s credit card fees of 2.9% + $0.30 per every online transaction. The maximum fee for ACH direct deposits will not exceed $5, and all processing fees can still be covered by the customer.

*Please note that users can not presently add credit cards or bank accounts on native Android app; users may access these payment options on desktop and mobile web. We are working on updating this feature.
