TW: Murder, serial killers
Peter Wilbury had had an easy life and enjoyed every moment of it. With a bank account approaching those coveted six figures, a three-storey house with a swimming pool to boot, and a fire engine red Porsche in the garage that was simply begging for his attention, there was little reason not to. He was the son of a real estate agent with a thriving career, and his own career was going rather swimmingly as well, owing a modest eighty percent of his success to nepotism, seventeen percent to his youthful good looks and easy charm, and a very generous three percent to his natural affinity for business.
He could talk for hours about business, and he frequently did, but that was only because he loved talking. In fact, Peter was thrilled to talk to practically anyone[1], and, more often than not, they were eager to be talked to by such a dashing specimen. His golden hair, boyishly unkempt, did not yet show signs of greying, and the ladies had always loved the vivacious twinkle in his sapphire eyes.
