Adriana Lima — THE Victoria’s Secret Angel
Adriana Lima was born June 12, 1981 in Salvador, Brazil. At the age of 15 she entered and one Ford Model’s “Supermodel of Brazil” model search. Soon after she entered Ford Model’s “Supermodel of the World” and came in second place.
Several years after these contests, Lima moved to NYC and signed on with Elite Model Management. Her early modeling work included editorials in various editions of Vogue and Marie Claire.
Adriana Lima has walked the runway for an extensive list of top fashion designers, including: Rosa Cha, Blue man, Fashion’s Night Out, Caio Gobbi, Fause Haten, M.
