One of my favorite hobbies is playing disc golf. I’m not a pro or anything, but I sure enjoy slinging some discs. My 10-year-old son has a rubberband arm and throws it pretty well too. There are several courses in our area we like to venture out to.
If you’re not familiar with the game it’s played just like regular ball golf, but with discs instead of clubs and a ball, and baskets instead of a hole. There are a variety of holes on an 18-hole course, so playing is a lot like taking a hike. You’re up and down hills, in and out of the woods, and hopefully, all while landing shots close to the basket.
