商業ストリート地価、世界1位はNew Yorkの Fifth Avenueが維持
停滞する中国経済、世界経済に大規模なテロ…2015年は世界のリテールにとって苦渋の年となった。一方で、高級リテール市場は比較的安定的な結果を保つ事ができた。
Cushman&Wakefieldの調査によるとNYのFifth Avenueが最も地価の高い商業エリアとなった。続くのがHong KongのCauseway Bay、ParisのChamps Elysees、LondonのNew Bond StreetそしてMilanのVia Montenapoleoneだ。
49th〜60th Fifth Avenueに店舗を構える店は年平均$3,500 per square foot (431万円/㎡)の賃料を支払っており、賃料は年3.6%ずつ増加している。
先進国における雇用の増加、実質賃金の向上や消費者信頼感指数（消費意欲）の向上からもリテール業界には明るい兆しが見えるという。
そういったリテール売上向上の予測や、テナントによる需要、そして供給の少なさからも、これからも人気のストリートの地価は増加し続ける見込みだ。
