FAB placed in the top 5 in the hackathon competition.
On November 16–18 FAB sponsored the Blockhack Hackathon organized by the Bitcoin Bay, the DMZ and Ryerson University. The event featured presentations and hacking by FAB, Toda Network, IBM, Bunz, Blockgeeks and some of the best developers in Canada.
FAB Founder Paul Liu participated in a blockchain panel organized by Bitcoin Bay which produced plenty of intensive discussion ranging from the technical and security advantages of large companies to the development advantages of different platforms.
In the Hackathon portion of the event, the FAB team featuring developers Ankit Shah, Todor Milev, and Jack Li developed an application for loyalty rewards on FAB. The team placed in the top 5 of the competition.
