In my other articles I have talked about bad things that can happen to your body if you eat to much fast food. Now I am going to talk about diseases that can be caused by eating to much fast food. One of the main diseases that are caused by fast food is Heart Disease. This is caused by the more fast food you eat, the more chances of obesity and this in turn can increase the risk of heart disease. This showed not be taken lightly many people have suffered from heart disease because of being obese which was caused by fast food. Another disease is liver damage. Liver damage is caused by eating to much fast food because as you eat this type of food your body doesn’t get distributed in the body evenly, the fat tends to accumulate in the liver and can cause permanent damage, inflammation and even scarring. Strokes can also happen because of eating to much fast food. The last main one is Type 2 Diabetes. This is caused again by obesity that can happen because of fast food. Now don’t be scared that you will get these diseases by eating fast food once. You would have had to eat them for a very long time for them to actually take affect. This topic is important because my Aunt had cancer and one of the causes was fast food.
