There are many affects of fast food and there are many reasons why it is good but there are more negative affects to fast food. Some of the most common affects of fast food are headache, acne, depression, dental distress, heart disease . or stroke, shortness of breath, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, weight gain, blood sugar spike, extra calories, insulin resistance and bloating and puffiness. Most fast food, including drinks and sides, are loaded with carbohydrates with little to no fiber. Your digestive system breaks down these foods, the carbs that are in these foods release glucose into your bloodstream. As a result, your blood sugar increases. With this increase of blood sugar in your system some of your things in your body will stop working correctly. Also many fast food places adds extra sugar to their pre-made meals. Fast food also can effect your respiratory system. The problem it has on the respiratory system is it fulls up your lungs and it make it harder to breath. Fast food is also the leading cause of obesity in America. Overall you should not eat fast food but if you do don’t eat it everyday.
