The Labyrinth of the Minotaur, televised in the British Isles on Monday, 2 January 2017, sees the departure of Lady Felicia Montague (Nancy Carroll) from Kembleford and the arrival of Lady Penelope “Bunty” Windermere (Emer Kenny). This is the episode where, with Monty having been appointed Governor of Northern Rhodesia, Bunty is made responsible for Montague Hall.

Not long into this fifth series episode, when someone enters her bedroom, we are regaled with Lady Felicia’s now classic scream. If there is one thing Lady Felicia does well, except singing, that is screaming loudly. There are very few episodes, during the first five years, where Lady Felicia doesn’t scream. This is the one occasion where the scream isn’t a result of seeing a dead body.
