Boris Spremo Joins the Fayre Team
Fayre continues to develop at a healthy pace — thanks to a successful private $3.8 million token sale, our team is expanding to work across upcoming projects on the soon-to-launch NFT platform for fans and brands.
We are excited to introduce Boris Spremo, our Operations Lead, who has worked in crypto and Web3 for the past five years. Previously, he co-founded crypto startups and led blockchain innovation for a major bank.
Boris has joined the team from Boson Protocol, where he was Head of Operations, as well as leading partnerships. Originally from Croatia, Boris has worked with global organisations, startups, governments and think-tanks. He is passionate about technology and finance, economics and entrepreneurship, identity and sustainability.
Boris co-founded Trustology, a technology startup backed by ConsenSys and Two Sigma Ventures, and led blockchain innovation at BNY Mellon. Before that, he designed and developed highly secure payments systems for global financial services organisations, including Barclays and Worldpay (FIS), which serve thousands of organisations and millions of people worldwide.
He was also Principal Officer at the Blockchain & Climate Institute (BCI), and served on the International Organization for Standardization blockchain and DLT committees. In between these major engagements, Boris consulted and advised a number of fintech and crypto startups, from blockchain layer-1s to fair micro-crediting apps and blockchain applications for the charity sector.
In terms of advisory roles, Boris is a partnerships advisor at Synergia Capital, a crypto VC, and Web3 advisor and satellite CTO at Forestbase, an early-stage ESG startup.
