$FAYRE Public Sale
Fayre Public Sale will start on Wednesday 2nd March
On Wednesday 2nd March at 16:00 UTC, we will be launching our Public Sale (token price $0.16). The sale will be concluding on Thursday 24 March at 16:00 UTC.
The minimum allocation is $500 while the maximum allocation is $250,000.
There will be no vesting period and the full amount of tokens will be released at the Token Generation Event (TGE). We are aiming for the TGE to take place on Wednesday 30th March.
The timeline for the first hours of the sale are described below:
4 hours prior to the event starting (12:00 PM UTC) the waiting room will be open. Sign-in (https://fayre.tokensoft.io/) will be available to qualified users however no functionality will be available in the sale site. Unqualified users will be denied access. To become a qualified user please visit https://onboard.tokensoft.io/?... and signup with Tokensoft.
Users who join the waiting room prior to the event starting will be randomly assigned a number to determine their place in line.
When the event starts: Qualified users will be let into the sale in chronological order. Users who join the waiting room after the event starts go to the back of the line.
While the event is in progress: Once it is a users turn to make a purchase they have 30 minutes to submit a payment. After 30 minutes they will have to rejoin the waiting room at the back of the line.
NOTE: Payments from exchanges are not supported, so please have your Web3 wallets (e.g. Metamask) ready. You will also have to provide the token receive address (the wallet address you wish to receive the $FAYRE tokens).
A step-by-step guide to the Public Sale
After signing up, you can prepare for the $FAYRE token sale by installing the MetaMask wallet on your device.
You’ll use this wallet during the sign-up registration process, as well as while participating in the sale and later in the Fayre NFT Marketplace (if you wish).
- On Public Sale Day, make sure to sign in here. This is Fayre’s Tokensoft sale page. Then, click through Fayre’s sign-up and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Now you can enter a contribution amount. Below that, enter your wallet’s receiving address — this is where your tokens will be sent. And finally, select your payment of choice (USDT, USDC, or ETH).
- These steps will lead you to a payment confirmation page showing the info you have already entered. Once you have checked the agreement box and signed, you can then click “I Agree”.
- This is where your MetaMask wallet will come in handy! Connect your MetaMask wallet, and submit the transaction. Once confirmation is received, you’ll be able to see your receipt page.
