Fayre Sponsors European Professional Pool Championships
3 days of thrilling tournaments headlined by the Fayre European Professional Champion title
FAYRE EUROPEAN PROFESSIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS 2022
On 25–27 March the first event of the Fayre European Professional Pool Championships Tour 2022 took place in Coventry.
The International Professional Pool Association (IPA) event, sponsored by Fayre, featured more than 250 players, including 48 of the best players in the world — European Professionals — who were competing for various titles over the three days.
The main event, the Fayre European Professional title, was won by Clint l’Anson, in a thrilling battle against the newly crowned World Champion and current pro number 1, Liam Dunster.
The Fayre European Open event was won by Scotland’s Mark Boyle, who took the title with an emphatic win against Dean Shields.
Current Ladies World Champion Harriet Haynes took the Fayre European Ladies title, beating Kerry Griffiths. Haynes continues to dominate the sport at present.
The event took place over 3 days, with a fantastic atmosphere throughout, and a great time was had by all the players.
More than 500 matches were played in total, bringing over 30 hours of superb quality live BBC coverage to thousands of pool fans. For full results see here.

FAYRE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS 2022
Last month, another major Fayre-sponsored IPA event took place, on 15–20 February in Bradford. The 2022 Fayre IPA World Championships saw six titles awarded over three days. This event was also shown live on the BBC.
