The finish line is so close, yet it’s so far. The year is coming to an end, and we have used up most of our strength to survive 2019. However, we need one final push to finish the year with a bang.

This article is your Survival Kit for the end of the year, you’ll get tips to help boost your motivation to make it to 2020. You wouldn’t want to welcome the New Year looking and feeling like a zombie.

  1. Goals — You would be surprised what goals can do to your life. Why wait until January to create your goals? Think of your goal as your life map. Navigating through life is hard enough, but scrambling through life without goal is unimaginable. We need goals because it gives you something to focus on, they provide direction — like a map. Goals such as losing weight or saving money to buy a house can help you pave your way through life. If creating goals makes you anxious, just daydream. Dream about what you want to change or improve in your life, dream about what you would like your life to be in 6 months.
  2. A Book- Scrolling through Instagram or Twitter is a great source of entertainment, sadly it’s not going to get you anywhere. Books, however, is filled with endless possibilities. I can go on and on about how important it is to be an avid reader. Opening a book, gives your brain the chance to explore, wander, and create. It’s an escape from the dull mundane world. Recharging with a book can definitely upgrade your skills. There isn’t a book that can’t motivate you to be more productive.
  3. Calendar — This item seems to be self-explanatory, but a lot of people can’t figure out what to do with it. A calendar ignites something inside you, when you see your plans being laid out in front of you, your brain processes it differently. It helps you create realistic plans, prioritize assignments, and gives you a sense of responsibility. Using colorful pens and markers can help make your calendar bright and organized too.
  4. Podcast — Podcasts are a great tool to gain insights from people who have more experience, it can definitely help you see things from a different angle. Listening to people discussing and exchanging different opinions, helps you become more open-minded too.
  5. Mentor — Think of a mentor as a guide dog. You can set as many goals, read an entire library, or buy the most expensive planner, but without someone to guide you, all your hard work can be pointless. A mentor can advise you about more than just work, they can help you create a future worth fighting for.
  6. A balanced diet — Filling yourself with junk, will definitely make you feel like junk. Your brain functions best when your body is fed well. Your brain constantly needs a supply of “fuel” to process, the “fuel” comes from the food you eat. Awesome food that contains lots of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants can nourish your body and make you feel better. The food you consume can affect every single part of your body and your mood too. Think twice before you open a pack of instant noodles, because it can affect you in the long run.

This kit will not only help you now, but it will change your life. It sounds dramatic and cliche, but it’s true. Continuing to use this kit will lead to a change in lifestyle. At PAYFAZZ, we all exchange tips and tricks to stay effective and alive, because that’s what the FAZZMILY do. #FAZZFORWARDING our career is just as important as #FAZZFORWARDINGINDONESIA, so we take precautionary steps to stay on top of our game.
