We are proud that the founders of StudentsxCEOs and Students Catalyst, Mohammad Iqbal and Reza Rizky, are part of our FAZZ Financial family. Our commitment to the students of Indonesia knows no bounds, because we believe that they will help us bring Indonesia forward.

StudentsxCEOs started out as an idea, but then transformed into something much greater than Iqbal expected. Iqbal has joined many communities before creating his own, and during the time he spent in the community he got the chance to meet many inspiring CEOs and entrepreneurs.

As a result, he became drawn to the business world, yet he could hardly call himself an expert on business. That’s when he came up with a brilliant plan to create StudentsxCEOs.

The community was made for students who are willing to become talented and skillful people in the future. What better way to learn than to go directly to source itself. With the community everyone is able to study from the best of the best CEOs, entrepreneurs, and leaders.

Every step of the way, from the beginning until its launch, Iqbal was filled with excitement. Being able to create a community filled with purpose and meaning made him motivated to do more.

Leaders from top companies and government officials looked to StudentsxCEOs to pass down their knowledge and skills. They also had faith that every student will become amazing leaders who will lead others to success.

Before creating Students Catalyst, while studying at ITB Reza Rizky noticed an issue college students were facing. He saw that students weren’t exactly applying themselves into the real world, because they didn’t know how to achieve their goals. He also noticed how some of the most talented students were fading into the background.

That’s when he decided to leave the current community he was in, so he could build Students Catalyst. He wanted to create a modern and reformed community that will empower students to become role models and team players. Reza believes that a simple conversation over coffee is enough to inspire students to inspire and learn from each other.

During the first meeting the organizers of the community were wonderfully surprised to have 40 enthusiastic students join them. The turnout was truly unexpected, and that encouraged Reza and his friends to aim higher in life. From that experience, Reza has learned how to embrace every dream he had. If he didn’t aim high, Students Catalyst would still be a dream waiting to be brought to life.

Their initiative has created a wave of change that has led students in Indonesia to achieve more for themselves and the country. Iqbal and Reza showed these students their potential, and it has created a spark of change like no other.
