No business can run at full resource utilization.
No employee can be efficient every second of the workday.
No athlete can push themselves 100% each game.
No writer can produce their best work every day.

Instead, the most successful businesspeople, writers, athletes, parents, and students know that achievement comes from steady dedication.

Success does not come from pushing yourself to your limit each time. It doesn’t even come from hitting your max occasionally.

Success is bread from a combination of hard work and rest. From steady dedication on and routine time off.

Giving it your all is only ok when you absolutely need it most. Give your really, really good to grow and progress.
