Feasterville Rotary college scholarship winners

Neshaminy High School seniors Jacqueline Ziegler and Valerie Fortouna were awarded $1,200 college scholarships through the club’s Elizabeth Moyer Memorial Scholarship Fund

Also pictured with the winners is Roy Knauth (standing center), a member of the Rotary’s college scholarship committee.

Ziegler will attend Holy Family University in the fall, while Fortouna will study at Rutgers University. The scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic achievement, community service and financial need.

Since its inception 35 years ago, the scholarship fund has awarded some $150,000 to qualifying high school seniors.
