Meet the Writer/Editor, Ashley Z. Kimble

Ashley Z. Kimble is the founder of Leyāzon, a freelance writing and consulting service that develops creative campaigns and communication strategies to help deepen the connection between individuals, organizations, and their audiences.

I am a thinker, writer, and storyteller at heart. Much of what I contribute to both my personal and professional spaces are reflections of my thoughtful, intuitive, and diplomatic nature. As a career internal communications & administrative coordinator, I have played a key role in creating a culture of intentional communication and engagement between a company’s departments and its employees. My experience includes:

• Copywriting & editing
• Event coordination
• Content creation (articles, videos, etc.)

The vision for Leyāzon Magazine is to tell stories that influence social, cultural, relational, and personal development. I created the title Leyāzon (sounds and acts like ‘liaison’) to represent what I have realized is my greatest gift: connecting the dots between heart, mind, and matter. I aspire to understand and convey meaning in a way that meets people where they are, and creates space for clarity and connection; peace, positivity, and progress.

Outside of work, I enjoy expressing myself through writing (poetry), listening and moving to music, and making people laugh. I am a thoughtful and caring wife and mother to my husband and son!
