Ever wondered why employees with work experience get paid more than freshers? Do you know what major difficulties are faced by freshers when they step into the world of IT? Keep reading to find out!

In contemporary days, most of the students tend to learn coding from online courses or youtube. While it may be very much useful for beginners to understand the fundamental essentials, it fails to enrich students with their error solving skills.

The E-learning market is predominantly filled with courses that portray a rosy, flawless, ideal image. While it is beginner-friendly, it also creates a perception that everything about coding and IT is as easy and plain as vanilla, but this notion is highly misleading. This makes the learners incapable to work in highly challenging ever-changing work environments.

So what is JSaaC? Featurepreneur takes immense pride in introducing Job Shadowing as a Certificate. In order to overcome this obstacle, we believe that if students get an opportunity to learn from the experts of the IT industry and shadow their style of solving problems and errors, the experience will enrich the knowledge and real-time problem-solving skills of the student.

Learners can shadow their methodologies of approaching problem statements, understanding the requirements, solving the problems, fixing bugs from observing the experienced candidates.

The certification will be based on the number of hours of job shadowing observed and comprehended by the learners. The learners would also be mandated to solve problems with an objective to understand the extent of job shadowing effect on the learner.

Certifications:

  • 50 Hours JSaaC Certification
  • 100 Hours JSaaC Certification

So to answer the former question, the employees with work experience are paid more not because they possess secret abilities, but because of the fact that they have faced loads of errors and problems earlier and they are mentally equipped to handle the reality of problem-solving in the IT.
