For example, let’s take Katie in the first case.
She got 9.x CGPA in her exams so far. We will give 9/10 for her. Like marks, we will give 1–10 in every box.

Katie:
Marks — 9
Projects — 5
Articles — 2
Network — 1
Relatives in the industry — 4
Knowledge of trendy topics — 8
Research work — 2
Personality mirroring (either founder or company culture) — 1
Luck — 2
Demand and Supply factor — 1

Katie’s total: 35/100

We put 60/100 as a passing grade to get a job and career upgrading possibilities. Based on our validation system, Katie might struggle to get a job or hard time to upgrade her career.

Let’s go to the second case — Liz. Liz has got only 6/10 in her education, however, she has got high marks in other factors. Let’s see!

Liz:
Marks — 6
Projects — 7
Articles — 5
Network — 6
Relatives in the industry — 7
Knowledge of trendy topics — 7
Research work — 7
Personality mirroring (either founder or company culture) — 8
