You heard it right. Why shouldn’t we celebrate our failures when step two of our checklist got ticked. Facing failure falls on the second step since TRYing always tends to be the first.

To be honest, Celebrating the failure is the best way to restart our hustle and run even more vigorously. A failure is never a failure unless and until you don’t forget the phrase, “Alright, I’ll give it a try once more”.

What happens after facing a failure?

Usually, we get sad all of a sudden like we lost everything we held. Though it's not true, our psychological and stereotypical mind believes that and takes us to that point.

That's the most critical point at which you have to be more careful with your emotions and actions. Later, that sadness may turn into an addiction and we may get used to it, which is not an easy-to-go thing.

Is there any _____ to escape this addiction?

Definitely Yes!!

While observing our minds at the time of sadness, it has nothing to be active or feels happy about. So the only way to bring it out of the Inactive Zone is to do something different, that our mind pays attention to.

This activity is like, not letting our mind accept that it is sad anymore. To tell in a funny way, we have to cheat our minds.

We should give no space for our mind to accept the thing that we faced a failure recently, even though it makes sense to agree. It is the best way to avoid a negative mindset and start over again more soon and more vigorously.

Finally, Why should I celebrate at this stage?

Talking about the psychological benefits of celebrating failures are follows,

  • There is a famous quote “An idle mind is a Devil’s Workshop”. By celebrating your failure, you won’t leave your mind idle, instead, you keep it more engaged with the excitement of the celebration.
  • Apart from negative thoughts, our brain gets tired after facing a failure and it is really hard to bring it back on track. When you celebrate, it gets a refreshing feel and will not let you feel tired to try again.

Most specifically, as like failure is a part of our journey, the celebration also plays a role in our journey to keep us motivated, engaged, and disciplined.
