He often travels to these regions to work with local leaders and schools. Over the years, he has also visited over a dozen countries.</p><p>Currently, Matthew is a senior consultant at Radiant Learning, which helps prepare students for success in higher education. He works with schools in the US, China, and Canada. Some of the schools that he works with include K-12 immersion schools, universities, and schools that are seeking accreditation.</p><p>Matthew graduated from Grand Canyon University with a BS in Education. After completing his degree, he worked as a graduate student at Northern Arizona University and earned his Master’s degree in educational leadership and administration to then get his Doctor of Education in leadership and administration at Arizona State.</p><p>During his doctoral studies, Matthew conducted a study on the effects of peer observation on the effectiveness of teachers. He discovered that those who were able to observe their colleagues were more likely to become effective and satisfied with their work.</p><p>He has several professional certifications. In the state of Arizona, he is able to teach various subjects, such as Middle Grades Social Studies and Elementary Education. He also serves as a school principal and has been certified as a Google Certified Educator and Arizona Qualified Evaluator. He is also a certified individual in various other areas, such as Crisis Response, First Aid/CPR, and SEI.</p><p>Matthew Schenk also worked as an academic associate at a university from 2017 to 2019. He was able to provide personalized instruction to about 25 to 30 students during the semester. As an academic associate, he was also responsible for grading the students’ coursework.
