Today, we are glad to present the BUYBACK, BURN of STBU, and the first statistical summary of our product Stobox DS Swap for the period 22.06.2022–29.08.2022.

We have successfully launched 2 security tokens and 4 utility tokens pools. The product was in the process of testing for a certain period, and we carried out many test operations of different natures. In connection with this, some data on the earned commissions may be slightly underestimated. We continue updating you about our initiatives and projects, and here is the detailed update regarding the Progress Chain development and the PRGRS airdrop.

As you all know, many projects and more extensive networks face some difficulties, including hacker attacks, regulators’ investigation, etc., in addition to the current market condition. We also had a tough challenge at the beginning of the year, and we are going through some technical and operational difficulties. At some moment, we stopped, looked around, and realized that there are many networks out there that have gained users’ trust worldwise and are reliable enough. Besides, we have not managed to fundraise enough to start complex technical development work on Progress Chain.

Thus we decided not to build our own blockchain but instead use reliable networks that our clients seek to issue and manage their securities on, e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, or Binance and build not chain but Progress Protocol on their basis.

What is that protocol? It is a compliant regulated network for managing tokenized and regulated assets.

Progress Protocol is one of a kind. It is a great concept, and we see it as one of the scaling tools for Stobox. However, while projecting this concept, we realized that it is impossible to implement without its vital parts, such as Soulb ID, NTT, and identity verification tools. These are its basis, and you can’t build a compliant protocol without having your unique identifiers and identity verification rules in place. As we target and approach corporate finance and regulated entities, every single detail must be in place and work perfectly because those areas are heavily regulated. The regulation is a critical criterion for us.

This is why we continue creating the concept of the Progress Protocol, and Soulb ID becomes its first and crucial part. We have to focus on Soulb ID at this moment to solve the problem that we came across now for ourselves and solve it for all the DeFi applications, for example, 1INCH, and other big DeFi companies.

So, we transform the Progress Chain to a Progress Protocol, and Stage 1 is starting from building Soulb ID and verification functionality.

Soulb ID is an integral part of the Progress Protocol because it is actually an identifier, a basis that the Progress Protocol lies and works on. Moreover, we are building this part of the protocol not only as a compliant part of our tokenization business but also as a stand-alone business. We mention this because the entire world can use Soulb ID, but only specific separate organizations that work with security tokens will be using Progress Protocol. Since the identity business goes much further and beyond the current security tokens market, we have decided to launch Soulb ID identification as a separate product and as stage number one in the long-term development process of Progress Protocol.

As an individual product, Soulb ID will also bring revenue to our company and our investors while staying in the Stobox product range in line with DS Dashboard and DS Swap.

We will update the structure and roadmap in the nearest future and proceed to the next stage of the Progress Protocol development after we complete and launch its first and crucial part, which is the Soulb ID digital identity.

It is in the interest of investors, shareholders, our STO clients, those interested in Web3, and, of course, our dear community.

As for the airdrop, we perfectly understand how long you have been waiting and how hard you wish to receive the airdrop. We also understand that there may be some speculations around this. We do not deny it. Airdrop will happen as promised. However, airdrop can only be conducted when the Progress Protocol is up and running, its concept is finalized, and the PRGRS token is minted. We will update the community once every step of this process is completed to keep you on the same page. We are sure that this waiting is no waste of your time. Remember the saying “patience pays.” We all perfectly know that this works in crypto better than anywhere else.

So, currently, we are going to focus on something that we can affect, as we informed you on our latest Live Steam of 28 June, namely, the tokenization direction, DS Dashboard, and DS Swap. As you may know in Stobox we have already 2 blockchain products live — DS Dashboard and DS Swap. Also, we have a security token STBX and a utility token STBU.

A few days ago we launched one of the first decentralized exchanges for security tokens with the first listing of the Landshare Project. Together with Landshare company, Stobox conducted the first case in the world of secondary trading of security tokens on Binance Smart Chain using DEX!

STBU is used as a native token of the ecosystem. On DS Swap we have the following commission structure.
🔸 Total fee — 0.3%:
🔸 Liquidity fee — 0.22%;
🔸 Treasury fee — 0.03%;
🔸 STBU Burn fee — 0.05%.
