Control Your Emotions to Change Your Life</h3><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/1024/0*94jWQJiOvIoex02g.png" /></figure><p><strong>Is your mind or emotions are connected to your situations of life?</strong></p><p>Maybe, your answer is yes but if I say that you have the power to choose or create the thought that how to react to change your life then?</p><p>Where is the stimulus?</p><p>Where is the response?</p><p>People say they spoke like this to me obviously I will feel bad, they betray me obviously I will get hurt, my situation is like that obviously I’m not okay. When we were saying ‘<strong><em>obviously</em></strong>’ I will feel bad or get hurt or not okay, we were saying if this is the stimulus obviously this will be the response and when we are saying that, it means I don’t have the power to choose my response, it is getting created in my mind is dependent on stimulus outside.</p><p>This is the easiest way to become weak then when we lost power on how to think we also started losing power on how we speak so,<br> Is it obvious I will get irritated or I choose to get irritated?</p><p>There is only one difference:</p><p>1.<strong> ‘<em>no power’</em> </strong>obviously I will get irritated<br> 2.<strong> ‘<em>complete power</em>’</strong> I choose to get irritated<br> So never mind get irritated but while getting irritated use your power and think before you react and say I choose to get irritated.</p><p>So when I say, I choose to get irritated the power is in my mind and when it is ‘you irritated me’ I give my power to you and i start living a life where people, situations, whether and the world news is deciding how I feel and when I stop using my power to be able to create thoughts and feelings of my choice,<strong> ‘<em>the world outside is not in my control and the world inside also stops being in my control then what will happen to my life’?</em></strong></p><p>So, from today one change in life let anything be the stimulus as small as irritated from phone ringing or as big as what you want to imagine, whatever emotion you create at least say one line to yourself that<strong><em> I choose to create this and only I can control this.</em></strong></p><h3>2. Alternative Ways to Change Your Life</h3><p>There are three steps to understand this key</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/1024/0*9ATAoilv8cbuRWiX.png" /></figure><h4>From Conflicts to Understanding</h4><p>If there is any conflict with anyone in school, office, house, friend circle or anywhere then what we think that ‘ <em>they don’t understand me’</em></p><p>How can they understand you, if their situations are not the same?</p><p>If their situations are not the same then the habits or sanskaras be the same?</p><p>And if our habits are not the same then how can we expect that another one must be like you wish or you want?</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/1024/0*PwBTcejjCBlVMrqc.png" /></figure><p>There is a need to understand that <strong><em>everyone’s habits or sanskaras are different that is why they can’t be like you want.</em></strong></p><p>And when we know that we can understand another soul very well that <strong><em>they are not like me, no one is similar, I accept and respect their habits or sanskaras too.</em></strong></p><p>Now the choice is yours to stretch the conflict or the alternative way is to understand and respect everyone’s emotions, habits, and thoughts.</p><h4>From Rejection to Acceptance</h4><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/1024/0*0Xnm-48Kg78yoy5u.jpg" /></figure><p>When we are peaceful and stable, then we are happy, and when we accept others as they are, it means we love them because love is unconditional acceptance.<br> Whether it is a situation or people, we either accept or reject them. Rejection means our mind questions people’s habits and expects them to change.</p><p><strong><em>Acceptance comes with the knowledge that each soul has carried habits and karmic accounts on their journey of many births. Accepting empowers people and increase the probability of them implementing our advice.</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Three of three</em></strong></p><h4>From Revenge to Forgiveness</h4><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/1024/0*VtZsj4KPnBQWXzcS.png" /></figure><p><strong><em>Forgiveness is the only way to get free. </em></strong>Revenge makes you smaller while forgiveness forces beyond what you were.</p><p>Holding onto painful thoughts, trapping negative energies, creating negative thoughts about someone based on past hurt makes negativity a part of our spirit. It radiates to them, strengthens their behavior and aggravates our pain. <strong><em>Forgiving and releasing our pain cleans the spirit.</em></strong></p><p>Holding resentment towards people is an energy connection of hatred and pain. Breaking this energy needs the energy of forgiveness. Some people forgive big mistakes while others hold on to small incidents, depending on the emotional capacity of the soul.</p><h3>3. Delete the Past to Change Your Life</h3><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/1024/0*GrLb7hSGpnJI0S42.png" /></figure><p>Today was a day to release everything that we are holding on to of the past if you’ve still not done it then we have to do it now we’ve held on to it for very long, thinking that it was natural.</p><p>Let’s scan our life it could be our childhood it could be the growing uptime, it could be with the teacher in school, it could be with a parent at home, it could be a friend, among everybody or it could be as we move on our career, our relationship with our spouse, it could be anybody or it could be a stranger on a road.</p><p>Anyone just not the way you wanted them to be, who just were the way which you never thought they could be and you created hurt and thought it was so normal to get hurt and you even believed that you can never forget it, the wound was too deep and they were the ones who created the wound.</p><p><em>How could you heal yourself?</em></p><p>You’ve held onto it for very long, it’s time to heal because if you don’t heal yourself today, if you don’t clean the wound, it only going to increase the pain the hurt and will shift to resentment, it can also shift to hatred tomorrow and it’s a part of your being, it’s not about them anymore, it’s not about what they did anymore, because that’s over, it’s past. It’s about who you are today because you are still holding on to it, <strong><em>past is over.</em></strong> Pause and tell yourself</p><p>Why did they do that to me?</p><p>I didn’t do anything wrong to them then why?</p><p>There is an answer ‘everything people do to us today is a consequence of a past karmic connection, may be difficult to believe right now, maybe difficult to accept but it’s the truth.</p><p><strong><em>Everything that’s happening is fair, fair according to the law of karma.
