Yes, just yourself. Is not ego, is mindfulness, is freedom. Always try to be present, so you can connect with your internal force which has the role of creation, and also gives to us all the answers what we are looking for.

You can love people, animals, objects, the environment, everything, is a lovely feeling which can save the world. But you must love yourself first if not, you aren’t able to love anything. Of course, you need to be aware of your mistakes, but instead of judge, you should accept, learn and evolve.

I’m not here to give you a guide about “How to love yourself”, just to remind you again that “In the end, you only have yourself.” I don’t have too many arguments to say that, just is my heart saying that to me.

Love is the most beautiful thing that you can feel, LOVE everything, but first love yourself, and after that, you could see that there aren’t boundaries, there aren’t cages.

When we die, we need to go alone, yes again “In the end, you only have yourself.” We all are selfish, it isn’t possible to be in another way.

Accept yourself, trust yourself, understand yourself, and also correct yourself to learn every day.

He came to me and showed me my biggest fear face to face. I couldn’t believe that this thing could happen to me, I couldn’t understand anything, just I thought that everything crumbles, but suddenly something inside me makes me have noticed about the forgotten wonder of being ALIVE. Problems come with life, it’s the essence, but just still here and now (living) is a MIRACLE and it’s easy to forget that genuine and wonderful thing.

After that, the only thing that I had was uncertainty but was beautiful, because I could realize that I started to develop the faith, to believe in myself, to have patience. Suddenly some angels whispered to me “Trust in the wait, hug uncertainty, enjoy the beauty of your transformation” so myself miraculously started to understand everything, the pain helps to wake up, the pain is lovely if you understand it, don’t stay in the suffering all your life, but allow the pain does the process of your life if is necessary.

He came to me to shot me in my heart and taught me everything that I needed to evolve, every bad word that said to me, every bad action, showed me my value, my power, my essence. Today I say thank you to him, I forgive him and the most important thing I forgive myself, because I know I’m not perfect, and everything was already inside me before he arrived, just came to help me to wake up. Be careful forgiveness doesn’t mean back, mean heal and tranquility for your life and life of the other person.
