This means you must consider holding recruiters accountable before/while you engage them.</p><p>Questions to ask the recruiter you’re working with:</p><ul><li>How much do you know about the client they want to send me to?</li><li>How real is the position and why is it even open?</li><li>How many people you have sent?</li><li>Have you ever placed someone there before? IT Accel is a great company and took very good care of me through this crazy time.
