I could never understand those people who held your heart bare on their hands and still chose to walk away. It’s like, at night, where the moon was illuminating the shadows of what was left by the dead of the day, someone you love just decide that they don’t want you anymore and walk away selfishly, knowing your heart is still laying flat on their hands filled with filth that was once disguised as innocence. Even when your heart was bleeding already, they still light it up like a torch to warm up their hands that also was responsible for the reason you bleed. As if the blood serves as the diesel to fuel up their cold hearts and to light up their hurtful souls. People like them always want back the love they pushed aside and expect that love to stay when they looked back. They would walk a tightrope. They would speak the words of love, while building walls against real depth. To have known your warmth and still chose the cold is a tragedy i will never understand.
