            <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>From childhood, the question at family gatherings was always the same: “What do you want to be when you grow up?” Like most children, I had a ready-made answer, and mine was “doctor.” It wasn’t because I had a deep passion for medicine at that age but rather because it was one of the few respected professions I knew about. In the cultural and social environment I grew up in, the answer “doctor” or “engineer” was seen as safe, respectable, and admirable. To say otherwise often raised eyebrows, so I stuck with the answer that pleased the adults.</p><p>But as I grew older, I began to realize something: I didn’t want to follow the default path. There was a voice in me that wanted something different, something that felt unique, and something that would allow me to shape my own identity rather than inherit one. I wasn’t sure what that “something” was until one day in fifth grade. I stumbled upon a web series that completely changed the way I saw the world. Among the characters was a young, confident, independent businesswoman who managed her career and life with grace, ambition, and strength. She stood apart from everyone else in the storyline, and to me, she was magnetic. For the first time, I thought: “That’s what I want to be. I want to be a business owner.”</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/1024/1*iHfRw4e1517dqMX5Dc-LiQ@2x.jpeg" /></figure><p>From then on, my answer changed. When people asked me what I wanted to become, I no longer said “doctor” or “teacher.” I said “entrepreneur.” Sometimes the answer was met with silence, sometimes with laughter, and sometimes with curiosity. But deep down, I knew it was the most honest response I had ever given.</p><p>The real turning point came when I reached eighth grade. My father, who had always encouraged me to explore different learning opportunities, suggested I join an entrepreneurship class. At first, I hesitated – I was only a teenager, and the thought of running a business felt overwhelming. But something in me pushed to give it a try. That decision opened a new chapter in my life.</p><p>In that class, I was introduced to the basics of entrepreneurship: how to identify an idea, understand your audience, and create value. Inspired and energized, I decided to take a leap. My first venture was a simple one: reselling diaries. It might sound small, but to me, it was monumental. I created an Instagram page, curated products, interacted with potential customers, and felt the thrill of making my first sales. Those early days taught me lessons no classroom ever could. Instagram eventually shut down my page, and I lost the customer base I had worked hard to build. I remember sitting in my room, staring at the screen, and feeling crushed. For a moment, I wondered if this was a sign to quit. But then I realized: this was not the end, it was just a setback. That first failed attempt taught me more than success ever could – it showed me resilience. I learned that businesses can be fragile if they’re not fully in your control, and that entrepreneurship is as much about persistence as it is about profit.</p><p>After some time, I felt the need to start again, but this time, I wanted to do it differently. I didn’t want to simply resell products; I wanted to create something of my own. Something that carried my creativity, effort, and identity. That’s when I discovered candle-making. At first, it was just a hobby. I experimented with fragrances, melted wax in the heat of the summer, and tested different designs. Soon, the process became more than an activity – it became a passion. The idea that I could take raw materials and transform them into something beautiful and meaningful felt powerful.</p><p>Slowly, this hobby turned into a business. I launched my own line of scented candles, and unlike my previous venture, this time I was not just a seller; I was a creator. Every candle carried hours of effort, experimentation, and love. It wasn’t easy. There were days when I worked in extreme heat, balancing school assignments with fulfilling orders. There were moments when I doubted whether anyone would even want to buy something I made with my own hands. But each small order, each piece of positive feedback, gave me the confidence to keep going.</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/1024/1*HkaNZSqmneO7NW7zKbmLKw@2x.jpeg" /></figure><p>Now, my candle business has officially completed one year. Reaching this milestone feels both surreal and rewarding. When I look back, I see not just the products I created but the person I became through the process. I learned how to manage time effectively, juggling school, business, and personal life. I learned how to regulate emotions, because running a business is an emotional rollercoaster. There were days when I had too many orders to handle, and days when not a single order came in. Each extreme tested me, but both taught me patience and balance.</p><p>I also learned about people. In the world of business, not everyone you meet is supportive, and not every customer is kind. But every interaction was a lesson in understanding different personalities, building boundaries, and maintaining respect. When I light one of my own candles and realize that it started as an idea in my head, the sense of fulfillment is indescribable.</p><p>This business, though small, is not just about money or products – it is a reflection of who I am becoming. It is proof that with patience, resilience, and creativity, even the wildest dreams can become reality. And this is only the beginning. I know there will be bigger challenges ahead, but I also know that the lessons I have learned in these early years have prepared me to face them.</p><p>Owning a business at this stage of life has not only shaped my skills but also shaped my outlook on life. It has shown me that dreams are not meant to stay in childhood conversations or school notebooks. They are meant to be pursued, tested, and built step by step.             <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>How to be productive?</strong></p><p>Being productive is really important for your success. As it teaches you time management and utilising your time in task which are actually beneficial for you. Instead of strolling Instagram or Tiktok. It not only helps you manging your work also helps you to be motivated.<br>Being productive is helpful but also a bit difficult as it requires you to leave your old habits and adopte new ones. Let me let you some tips which will keep you productive though out the day.</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/626/1*_a53eF13cV3BDni99rnysQ.jpeg" /></figure><p><em>Stop multitasking:</em><br>It’s often tempting to try and multitask, juggling numerous workday tasks at any one time. Many people think that doing multitasking can help them but it actually confuses them and don’t let them focus properly on anything. To understand the situation better think yourself in a situation where you are trying to do both different work like studying physics and chemistry at a same time. Physics which is a subject that requires pratical thinking and logical statements where as Chemistry which requires imaginary thinking. Your brain will be soo confused and won’t allow you to focus on anything.</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/400/1*-ZG8SY4Tpq1R0N-ln4EH4g.jpeg" /></figure><p><em>The five minute rule:</em><br>This is the most simple rule and efficient way of being productive. Let me explain you this rule. In this you have to tell your mind that you will sit to study, work or whatever productive thing you have to do and only work hard on it for 5 minutes. Now in those 5 minutes you will get in to that vibe of working on that thing. And you will keep on working. The work which you started as i will do it for 5 minutes that atmosphere of doing that work will lead you continue it till hour. To understand a situation better whenever we pick up our phone we always say that we will use it for 5 minutes or 10 or whatever but we all end up using it for hours.</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/480/1*BV2tt0EI24EFa_SeFzCqlA.jpeg" /></figure><p><em>Waking up early:</em><br>Now i know many people will think that this tip is useless and we all already know we should wake up early but what we don&#39;t know is that it&#39;s not important waking up early like many people are night person they love working in night and they are more productive in night so it&#39;s not important to wake up early. You just have to find your productivity time doesn&#39;t matter if it&#39;s in morning or if it&#39;s in night. The thing that matters is that you are working at your productivity time and not wasting it. For example if your productivity time is is 4 am than you should definitely be awake till that time and working or even if it&#39;s 2 pm you should be working instead of strolling your phone.             <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>How to be consistent?</strong><br>If you follow me and reading my blogs since past few days many be you have notice that I am currently posting a blog in every three days. For me personally being consistent was the biggest problem ever. A idea would come I would work on it like that&#39;s the last thing i want to do and than after few days I would stop working on it.<br>Today I am going to share my secret formula because of which I am being consistent.</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/735/1*00in7OgQAw3tKavfNy5otg.jpeg" /></figure><p>Rewarding:<br>This is very important. Keep rewards for yourself. For example:My fafter have told me that if i upload one blog in every three days for a week he will give me 1k Rs. Now whenever I feel demotivated and don&#39;t want to write blogs I instantly think for that 1k Rs.</p><p>Need:<br>Now consider that reward as your need not as your want. So that even if you are feeling demotivate you have to drag yourself from bed to do that work. I will explain you this by giving example from my case. I run a small business and I am really passionate about it. Now for that ofcourse I have save some money to reinvest but the problem is that I don&#39;t have money for my marketing so whenever I feel demotivated about it. I imagine that i finally got that reward and my ads are running. Even tho my fafter can just give me those money but he didn&#39;t so that I learn something and by writing blogs I am actually learning many things.</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/640/1*QH02mgQLEdpuDTEVppsMww.jpeg" /></figure><p>Advance:<br>Sometimes it&#39;s not possible for us to always be motivated. (if you want to see tips to be motivated you may visit my profile and read my blog about how to always be motivated).Or sometimes the situation is not in your favour which can lead you consistency break and once it&#39;s break than it&#39;s really difficult to catch that consistency. To avoid that you should peapare yourself in advance. Example when i commitment my dad to post one blog in every three days till a month. I wrote two blogs as emergency blogs so that whenever I am busy for three continous days. I post those blogs.<br>Funfact this is my blog #8 while only three blogs have been posted so I have wrote five more blogs.</p><p>Schedule:<br>This is another important thing to be consistent. Scheduling helps your goals to be clear. And schedule them according to your plans. Example due to weather I got a holiday today. So instead of wasting my day I started writing blogs. As I know I am not free this weekend so I am writing this blog in advance.             <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>How to overcome insecurities? <br>Having insecurities is really normal because no one is perfect infact no one can be perfect no matter how much you work on that. But the thing that matters is that how do you deal with all that negativity and insecurities. <br>So today I will share some tips to overcome insecurities.</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/626/1*mzYqOQu-HYdm8zznctx_KA.jpeg" /></figure><p>Don&#39;t judge yourself:<br>Insecurities comes from judging yourself. Some times when other people commet on our insecurities, we just ignore it or maybe just comment them with something back or just avoid them, but we start judging ourselves then there is no come back, because you can&#39;t avoid yourself. So the first thing you should do to overcome insecurities is stop judging yourselves.<br>And accept the fact that you are feeling insecure about something and instead use your mental energy to focus on doing the work to shift your perspective.</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/460/1*n-NeYNCBDD91ssmyHN6SFQ.jpeg" /></figure><p>Be your best friend:<br>Being your best friend is really important it&#39;s a sign of self love. People are really close to their bestfriends even more closer than themselves which is somewhere wrong. To understand this better, imagine your self in two situation. One, where two people told you that you have gain weight and second where your bestfriends tell you that you have gain weight. Agree or not but in when your besties will tell you this thing it will hurt more.</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/701/1*E3qqatLa9JX-LM0VDGI5fg.jpeg" /></figure><p>Focus on baby steps:<br>It&#39;s a rule of life that whenever you have to achieve something big in life you have to take small baby steps. Example if you have to loose weight you won&#39;t go to gym a single day and exercise for six or eight hours. It&#39;s better that you go daily for one hour instead. The same thing is apply when you have to overcome your insecurities. You have to take small steps daily which can lead to overcoming. If you have social insecurity you jus have to meet one new person a week. And slowly that insecurity will leave you.</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/360/1*V47-pxhID4BGz8BO11HXLw.jpeg" /></figure><p>Cut of the negative people:<br>If you are working hard to overcome your insecurities but the same thoughts are coming to you because of negative people it won&#39;t help. Let me explain imagine there is a bucket of water and you have to finish all the water from that bucket by throwing it, so what will be your first step? You first step should be closing the tap of so that no more water is filled and than start throwing the water.             <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>How to always be positive? </strong><br>Being positive is really important as by being positive you can achieve many things. But the fact that many people people ignore is that it’s not possible to always be positive and it’s okay but being always positive means that you have negativity in your life but you focus on positivity which is important.</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/736/1*tEgrQn-tSLpNBq2m85fmgQ.jpeg" /></figure><p><strong>Identify areas to change:</strong><br>Ofcourse it&#39;s not possible that you are perfect at everything no one is perfect every one have scars. If you are a careful reader you have noted that in above paragraph I quoted &quot;Being always positive means that you have negativity in your life but you focus on positivity which is important.&quot; I didn&#39;t said that ignore negativity Negativity is mostly not negativity it&#39;s just insecuritys. So you have to try overcoming your insecurities.</p><p><strong>Be open to humor:</strong><br>This is literally the best way to be positive. For me, positivity means being happy and what can be a better way of being happy other than being open to humor, laughter and happiness. I am sure you must have hurt that quote laughter is the best medicine. Being open to humor not only keeps you positive it actually spreads positivity. When you will spread positivity people will like you can will come closer to you and this will also help you keeping positive and overcome your insecurities.</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/376/1*uu_4OlHMJDXg0_6BiYZ_dg.jpeg" /></figure><p><strong>Pratice positive self talk:</strong><br>At some point of life everyone realise this fact that no one can understand you the way you are. I am sure when you have read this line there must be some person that came in your mind your best friend or your parents or partner. But at some point you will realise this fact that no one can actually understands you and somewhere you are lonely. To overcome this problem what many people do is that they make many friends so that manybe some one can understand them but the best thing you do is that practice positive self talk. Because no one in the whole world can understand you better than you and God.</p><p><strong>Pratice Gratitude:</strong><br>This is another good way to be positive. Practicing gratitude. A thing that happen with lots of us and we didn’t notice is that ofcourse the negativity of environment and stress of goals slowly start making us negative and we forget about the positivity in our lifes. To slove this problem there is nothing better than practicing gratitude. To explain this in simple words, after waking up you have to write few lines of things you are thankful to god for or the positivity in your life daily. It really helps to focus on positivity and being positive.</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/735/1*tkgDNSnosNLYcmXnJbRWLA.jpeg" /></figure><p><strong>Being friend with positive people:</strong><br>This is literally like a bonus tip. For this you have to not do anything just be wise while choosing your friends and they will do this. A mistake that lots of people do is that they make lots of friends always remember one thing. &quot;It’s better to have one positive friend either than having 100 negative&quot;. But the thing that is more important than motivation is always being motivated. Motivation is something that always comes and go with hikes. Whenever you will get a new idea you will work very hard on it for a day and literally forgot that other day.<br>So to slove your this problem I will share some tips which will always keep you motivated.</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/736/1*yGq92vRPOVmOjk8OP2DoTA.jpeg" /></figure><p>Review your goals daily:<br>By reviewing your goals daily you are giving your brain a singnal that you still of importance for that goal and still want to achieve it. It helps you to motivate you and push yourself from that bed to stand up and work for it. The best thing that you can do about reviewing goals is do it in morning. When you wake up and review your goals it works as a instant motivation.</p><p>Read a book a week:<br>Reading books is the best way to be motivated. By reading books I didn&#39;t mean reading frictional and romantic books. Reading non-frictional motivation books. (Some suggestions are Rich dad poor dad, Limitless, Grit, Start with why, The 5am club) Reading a book a week not only helps you to be motivated it also helps you to be positive and think positive, which is important to achieve you goals.</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/736/1*eiN3h8czsgLJfgtf6kGVxQ.jpeg" /></figure><p>Do the things you are fearful:<br>Now ofcourse the first thought that came in you mind after reading this is that how is fear link with motivation. Allow me to explain this, the reason many people have talent, opportunity and everything to achieve goal. But the thing that stops them is fear, the fear of losing. So when you will fight with your small fears daily it will help to overcome that one big fear. To imagine this better think of two situations. One where the wall in front of the study table is plain white and another when there are posters of your favorite artist and drawings. But the problem many people faced here is that they have to use laptops and phones while studying so the solution to this problem is, you have to create two different accounts for work and entertainment. You opened your work tab and started working. If there will be no distractions, you will not have that urge to waste your time. You get distracted when you see those cute thumbnails of your favorite thing. And if you think by skipping sleep you can be concerned or focus. NO! Now these days procrastination is such a common thing that we do somewhere knowing or not. Now to understand how to stop procrastination we need to understand why we procrastinate?</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/736/1*k-6kn0bX2r55FANf45GU_w.jpeg" /></figure><p>Why do we procrastinate?<br>We all just love to sit and relax I mean who doesn&#39;t like to sit in front of TV whole day and do nothing productive. Now to understand why do we procrastinate you have to imagine yourselves in a situation.<br>You have a college assignment to do or an office presentation. You picked up your phone to search for ideas for it which is a really good thing.<br>We should always research for our projects before working on it. You opened YouTube and a saw a trailer of your favourite actor film launching now of course you opened it and your brain gives you a signal that just watch this trailer and then we will get back to work. This signal of taking your work less important and starting to release dopamine is procrastination we will all often do.</p><p>Now let&#39;s talk on our topic of today. It&#39;s very simple to find that out .When you sit studding start a timer and see after how much time you started getting feel bored. (Especially for teenagers)</strong><br>The mobile phone was made with good intention, but now it&#39;s like an addiction and we can&#39;t leave it.We use our phones for everything except the purposes which actually can be beneficial. So here I will share some tips from which I limit my usage of my phone and you can do the same.</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/735/1*fDqiwoohSDAOapREMUycCA.jpeg" /><figcaption>Pinterest</figcaption></figure><p>1. Know the time of your phone usage.<br>Imagine you eating food and food without knowing how much space you have in your stomach. You will have a lot more food than is needed at the moment. It&#39;s the same as using your phone without knowing how much time you are using. So for that, many applications tell your phone usage time. The application I use is digitox. (Not sponsor) It will tell you the time you use your phone and also the timings for all the applications.</p><p>2. Timings of using the phone<br>For good sleep, it&#39;s really important not using the phone before sleep. The best time for using the phone is 5 pm till 7 pm. After you finish all your work till 3 hours before sleep. There are two benefits of this time. Benefit NO#1: You will finish all your homework and assignment before 5 pm so that you get a phone as a reward for completing your work.Also, put a timer of 2 hours so that it works as a reminder. Benefit NO#2: As the timing will end at 7 pm so you won&#39;t have anything to do, you will have dinner. And sleep so this is how you will sleep early also.</p><p>3. Password<br>Now imagine you are sitting and the phone is in the fort of you, of course, you will take it and start using it. So what you can do is ask your siblings, parents, or roommate to change your phone password and don&#39;t tell you. So even if the phone is in the fort you can&#39;t unlock it. But chose the person who you can trust and is with you at 5 pm.Also don&#39;t forget to add that person&#39;s number in emergency contact, so if you emergency need your password you can call and ask her/him. Do remember only in an emergency. Additionally, the phone will be with you only you just can&#39;t unlock it so you can receive all the important calls also. Don&#39;t forget to remove your face recognition and fingerprint.</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/460/1*rxtopXT-Z-nhMxjf7YzuXQ.jpeg" /><figcaption>Pinterest</figcaption></figure><p>4 Important applications<br>Now, if you live alone or you just can&#39;t trust anyone or maybe your phone is important for you may need it at any moment so what can you do is make a list of important applications (e.g. Email, WhatsApp, Google) and then a list of useless applications where you can waste your time (e.g. YouTube, Netflix, Snapchat).Now for the important application keep an easy password that number you will not easily forget you can also apply fingerprint passwords for important applications. Now put a password of 6 to 8 digits for entertainment purpose applications. And don&#39;t apply fingerprint or face recognition.Now whenever you will open any important applications it will just unlock in a few seconds and as you will open not-so-important applications you have to put in a password and that password will work as a reminder that this is not so important application.</p><p>5. Important and entertainment<br>Now YouTube is something where there are both motives important and entertainment purposes things also. So what you can do is make two accounts. One for important motives and the second for entertainment motives.Then whenever it&#39;s an entertainment motive change the account and do whatever you want to afterward change the account that changing of account will also work as a reminder that you are using YouTube for entertainment reason. You can use the same trick for any application that is used for entertainment motives and important motives also.</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/735/1*NUnw7WzGFMsIBJWym0F6aQ.jpeg" /><figcaption>Pinterest</figcaption></figure><p>Conclusion:<br>You should be knowing how much time you use the phone for which you can download applications in your mobile. Find the best time of you using the phone. The timing should be after you complete all your work till three hours before your sleeping time. You can also ask any of a trusted person to change your phone password and only unlock it during the timing you allot.. Or you can put the password on application a difficult password for entertainment purposes application and easy password for important application. And the apps which are used for both purpose create two accounts there. So I will share some simple tips from which I started submitting my homework on time and you can do the same.</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/475/1*Re47bdRkfXK2LrVq172psg.jpeg" /></figure><p>1. Don&#39;t delay them<br>As you come from school, college or university, you&#39;re tired and you forget your homework as you get fresh and had your lunch. You quickly grab a phone of course you need to check what&#39;s going on in the world or your friend&#39;s life. After that, you began a new web series and almost forgot that you got many assignments today. Until you realize this it&#39;s too late.And then you have to pull an all-nighter to complete all homework. Let&#39;s go back and make this better you came from school, college or university. You get fresh had lunch. And before you start watching anything on the phone it&#39;s better to keep a timer for 15 minutes. Check your WhatsApp, email, and whatever is important actually very important then your 15 minutes will be over. As your timer ring DON&#39;T DELAY. Just stand up and do your homework at that moment. It&#39;s better than thinking that I will do it later. Half of your problem will be solved at that moment only.</p><p>2. Don&#39;t ask friends to send it<br>90%of people will ask their friends to send the homework. And a friend&#39;s reply would be like what I will do it and then send. And you will chill till the time she sends now there can be two things.Possibility NO#1: That she declined to send and simply just give any reason like it&#39;s so difficult I can&#39;t do it Possibility No#2: May be this time she sends you but you think that you will go to her, take her notebook in the first period copy all the homework and returned. You went into the class ask for the notebook she gave you, but at that moment teacher came and say &quot;I want your homework notebooks in the first slot only&quot;. So it&#39;s better to do it yourself.</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/300/1*0Ou677wxKxFsAMRpxbPEoA.jpeg" /></figure><p>3. Start with the harder one<br>As you sit to do the homework, you saw that you have homework from two subjects one the easiest egg: English and second hardest egg: Maths (I am giving examples from my point of view it&#39;s not important that you also find those subjects harder/easiest which I do) Now think which one will you chose to do first. If you think the easier one, you are wrong.Frist, you should start with the hardest there are two reasons for this. Reason NO#1: It will take more time and if you leave it for later you won&#39;t have much time. Reason NO#2: As you did your easier homework you will be tired plus you will be also sleepy but if you do it first you will be today fresh.</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/590/1*g1E8Bw4zs3IXCP_1sGEWKw.jpeg" /></figure><p>4. Take breaks<br>After every concentrated 45 minutes, give yourself a break of 15 minutes. You can go for a walk or just sit in the garden, maybe you can read or just treat yourself to a cup of coffee. Just do anything which makes you happy except using a phone because if you started using the phone you will never end. But if you have a lot of self-control (Which I can surely say 90% of you don&#39;t have but if you have, I appreciate it) you can use the phone for only five minutes to check your important emails and messages only.</p><p>5. Treat yourself<br>In the end, don&#39;t forget to treat yourself. Not daily only the day when you are really tired and have a lot of homework. And you manage to complete it. That is the day of celebration. You can treat yourself to ordering your favorite food or just allow yourself to use your mobile one more hour or just anything goes for an outing. But Remember this should only happen once a month. Not daily.</p><figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/626/1*o-XGTvVhZHMXu_a0JMMz0Q.jpeg" /></figure><p>Conclusion:<br>Don&#39;t wait for die lines just do them as you get. Don&#39;t depend on anyone begs your friend or older siblings whom you think will give you. Just be yourself and do it. Start with the harder subject homework so that you have more time for harder homework. Cause you can complete the earlier one in less time. Take breaks after every 45 minutes, 15 minutes so that you don&#39;t get bored and stressed. Try not to use your phone during those breaks.
