Yes, you read the title right. Supreme, a popular clothing brand from New York City, and Oreo, the famous cookie we all know and love, created a collaborative pack of cookies that sold out in less than 10 seconds this morning.

First, let’s back track to get a better idea of this situation before I explain any more of the events from this morning. Supreme is an iconic clothing brand born out of New York City skateboard culture in 1994. The brand has generated a cult following of fans who will do almost anything to purchase new products from their brick and mortar locations and online shop.

To explain Supreme’s audience a little better, we should take a look at some of Supreme’s past releases to get a clear picture.

Every Thursday at 11am EST Supreme releases new products that appear very similar to many other clothing brands. They will release sweatshirts, t-shirts, pants, and hats, however they are also known for some of their items that are very unlike other clothing brands. In 2016, Supreme released a Clay Brick.

Yes, this clay brick is exactly what you are thinking. A regular brick, with Supreme’s logo stamped into it. Then, in 2017, Supreme released an adjustable Blade Clipper.

The last example I’ll show is the Supreme Mini Bike, also from 2017.

The reason for showing all of these seemingly random products is to illustrate the point that also applies for the Oreo Cookies that sold out this morning. All of these products, regardless of how strange or useless they may seem, sold out in seconds on Supreme’s website and instantly fetched prices on the secondary market of double, triple, or ten times its original retail price.

The Oreo release from this morning was shaping up to be very similar to all of these products mentioned above, along with countless others from Supreme over the years. However, the Oreo Cookies seemed to bear more hope as they were significantly lower cost and seemed like a product that would have a large amount of stock behind it. This was unfortunately not the case for Supreme fans this morning, as the Cookies still sold out in less than 10 seconds.

Popular Supreme enthusiast website, Supreme Community, prides itself in being the one stop shop for all Supreme related product information. This site has incorporated technology to track how long products are live on Supreme’s website, and confirmed that this morning the Oreo Cookies sold out in just 8.4 seconds.

You may also note that the Cookies were not even the first item to sell out this morning. This only supports the claim of Supreme’s cult fans and poses the question of how users of their site could even check out a product on in just 5 seconds? That is great question, but a topic for another article that dives deeper into the online sneaker/apparel bot community. One of the first colorways of this sneaker is the “Pre Heat” version that released on November 11th.

This colorway does not do the Kyrie 6 justice in proving why it will be the next best performance basketball sneaker, because of its multitude of colors that make the shoe very bright and loud.

This colorway is really nice, but a bit too loud for the mainstream audience. The real winner here is actually the silhouette of the Kyrie 6 itself. This model is going to be one that changes the way consumers look at performance basketball sneakers as a whole.

Performance basketball sneakers have been purely for performance for quite sometime. It appears that the Kyrie 6 has finally come to change that stigma. The Kyrie 6 is a very fashionable shoe that takes inspiration from the Nike Air Yeezy 2. The Nike Air Yeezy 2 is one of the most well-known sneakers of all time and one that now fetches thousands on the resale market.

The Nike Kyrie 6 is sure to be a hit because of how similar it looks to the Yeezy 2. This sneaker is fashionable, wearable and now not only for court.

I am really impressed by the silhouette and very excited to see what other colorways of the Kyrie 6 release.

The “Pre Heat” Nike Kyrie 6 is one of the first colorways of this Kyrie 6 to have released and the first colorway that I was able to get my hands on.

Spongebob Squarepants and Kyrie Irving have collaborated on a total of 6 sneakers that have released over the past few months.

All 6 sneakers have had Kyrie fans, Spongebob fans, and sneakerheads alike in a frenzy to purchase the shoes.

My favorite pair of the 6 is the “Pineapple House” Kyrie 5 shown above. I believe this is the best sneaker of the 6 and is the perfect sneaker for the Holidays in 2019. I expect the prices of these and the remaining 5 sneakers to increase and become increasingly harder to find as people begin to purchase them for gifts this Holiday season.

The Supreme/Blu Burner Phone released on October 17th, 2019 for a retail price of $60 from Supreme and sold out in seconds.

This 3G enabled phone showcases a 2.4 inch display and created a frenzy of Supreme fans trying to buy it both in Supreme stores and online.

I was lucky enough, and quick enough, to grab it online so I decided to create an unboxing and review video for the Supreme Burner Phone.

Supreme has created several other very random items such as this, and a couple notable ones are the Supreme Brick and Supreme Crowbar.

Both indicate very clear notches in the timeline for Supreme and emphasize a vision of Supreme to create things as they see fit.

I’m not sure what Supreme will make next, but I’m excited to see what comes in the future.

The day has finally come for the popular sneaker marketplace, GOAT, to add Apparel and Accessories to their product lines.

This was a day that I have been eagerly anticipating and GOAT has now rolled out hundreds of new products on their platform.

GOAT is now keeping up with its competition, StockX, which has had Streetwear listed as a product line for over a year. The industry for rare sneakers and clothing is at an all time high and GOAT’s move to incorporate more products was only a matter of time.

GOAT’s apparel section is currently live on the latest version of their app, but has yet to go live on their desktop site. I imagine we should see those products rolling out soon to the desktop site. For a limited time, GOAT is offering Free Shipping on apparel products over $100 purchased on their app, so if you are looking to pick something up, now might be the time.

If you are looking to Sell apparel and accessory items on GOAT, you can join the waitlist in the app as GOAT has indicated that only a limited amount of sellers are currently eligible to sell these products.

The Adidas Yeezy Boost 700 Teal Blue is the final Adidas Yeezy release of October 2019.

Picking these up shouldn’t be too hard, given the current position of Yeezy 700s in the market. Adidas Yeezy Boost 700s and Adidas Yeezy Boost 700 V2s seem to not be as popular as Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2s and the prices in the market are reflecting that.

My name is Steve Natto and I like to talk a lot about sneakers. You can find me here and on YouTube discussing all of the new sneakers and some of the price trends behind them.

Today we’re going to look at the Adidas Yeezy Boost 700 Utility Black. The Yeezy 700 Utility Black is the final Yeezy release of June 2019 and releases on June 29th, for a retail price of $300.

Yeezys have become increasingly more interesting over time as prices and trends are completely different for each shoe, model and colorway. With that being said, recent Yeezy 700s have stayed consistent to their typical price trend.

The Utility Black Yeezy 700 is a pretty solid looking sneaker. It’s all black with a gum sole and has some decent materials.

One begins to question this sneakers value when taking into consideration all of the other Adidas Yeezy sneaker releases that we have seen recently. The Inertia 700s, Analog 700s, Tephra 700 V2s and Vanta 700 V2s have all sit on shelves and not completely sold out.

I expect this sneaker to do just the same.

While I love the Adidas Yeezy Boost 700 sneaker, I don’t think enough people like it at the $300 retail price point. It’s very expensive, especially considering other Yeezys retail for $220.

This Utility Black colorway is not anything special, and has already been seen on the newer model of the Adidas Yeezy Boost 700 V2 in the Vanta colorway, so I don’t expect a lot of people to be coming out to buy this shoe.

In terms of Resale, I think it speaks for itself. I don’t see too much appeal behind it and expect to see it on shelves at retailers. Therefore, I would expect these to hover around retail price on the resale markets and probably even hit below retail weeks after the release.

So, if you want to buy Adidas Yeezys, these might the ones for you, if you’re looking for a solid shoe that won’t be too hard to get. They should be easy enough to cop on release but you should be able to grab them after the drop for retail or even below on some of these resale platforms listed below:

The Adidas Yeezy Boost 700 V2 Tephra is the next iteration of the Adidas Yeezy Boost 700 V2 that Adidas and Kanye West are releasing in the month of June. Adidas Yeezy Boost 700 V2’s have become one of the most popular sneakers amongst Yeezy fans and sneakerheads alike.

With that being said, a lot of different factors create for their current position in the resale market. If these are Yeezys, why are they not as expensive as other pairs? Why are these so inexpensive relative to their retail price while other Yeezys are double or tripe their retail price?

For a more specific discussion in words, I’ll begin to break down some of the answers to those questions above.

First off, Yeezys are releasing almost every week now. Kanye West has (at least somewhat) been able to deliver on his promise to bring Yeezys to everyone. Even if you can’t grab every pair (or the one you really want), odds are you have had the opportunity to pick up a pair at one time or another.

Yeezy 700 V2’s cost $300 at retail. This is an expensive price point considering the Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2’s retail at $220. A lot of recent Yeezy 350 V2s are sitting at that $300–$400 range so it becomes increasingly difficult for 700 V2’s to attract any price point higher than that, especially when 350 V2’s are more popular. The 700 and 700 V2 are both relatively new silhouettes too, so the demand for them certainly isn’t at the 350 V2 levels yet.

All of these factors as well as the simple colorway and design aspects contribute to their relatively low prices on the resale market. I don’t think I’m in the minority by saying that these are just an “ok” looking colorway and that I’m not in any rush to throw $300 at them. In a world with unlimited money, sure, I think they’re a great shoe. But, for a lot of people, they might take their $300 and put it towards something else (a different shoe or even a recent 350 V2). That’s just my overall opinion, at least.

What do you think? I think this is definitely the trend for seeing decent (but not great) colorways of the 700 and 700 V2 that contribute to their overall low resale prices. Higher demand for 350 V2's simply leave the Adidas Yeezy Boost 700 V2 Tephra in the dust.

I think that these will be very similar to the Adidas Yeezy Boost 700 V2 Vanta release and will sell out at most places, but not all right away. Check out your local retailers if you are looking to pick up a pair, and only time will tell where these end up on resale platforms.

The Air Jordan 4 Retro “Bred” is a timeless shoe that last saw its release in 2012. Air Jordan fans all over the world came out in full force to make sure they could secure their pair.
