The 56 year old coach from Stocksbridge started his career with Alfreton Town in 2001 where he won every trophy possible in just one year, he then went to Halifax Town and after 300 matches had to leave as the team went into liquidation.

His first big step in his coaching career came when he signed for Oxford United playing in the National League. Despite narrowly missing out on automatic promotion, Wilder guided the team to victory in the challenging National League playoffs, earning promotion to the Football League.

In his inaugural professional season, he steered the club to a mid-table finish, marking their highest placement in seven years. After nearly 2 more seasons he joined League 2 rivals Northampton Town where he managed to save the team from relegation in his first season and in just one additional season, despite significant financial hurdles resulting in unpaid wages for players and staff, Wilder led Northampton Town to the League 2 title with an impressive tally of 99 points.

On 12 May 2016, Wilder joined his boyhood club Sheffield United as their new manager on a three-year contract, following the parting of Nigel Adkins.

Wilder’s League One managerial debut got off to a poor start, only gaining a single point from the first four games, which left Sheffield United at the bottom of League One. Despite this, the club pushed on and became League One Champions, securing 100 points in the process, a club record.

Striker Manager 3 has over 50.000 plots of land spread over a real world based map. Each plot of land can only have one owner and whatever you build in it stays there forever.

In SM3 there is the option to be in a plot of land for free, by paying rent with the in-game currency, so why would I want to buy a plot of land with real money?

First, if you do not buy the plot you do not own it. This means that at any time another manager can buy your plot and you’ll be paying him the rent.

• Rent is a big part of your weekly expenses. Renting a plot and managing your finances at the same time can be quite difficult that’s why when you own a plot you will not be paying rent as the plot is already yours.
• You can make real money. Once you own the plot you can make it available for sale for the price you set. This means you could buy it for a price and sell it for more!
• The plot is your own and unique NFT. This means that the plot will be yours forever until you decide to sell it.
• You can have extra in-game income. SM3 offers you the possibility to own a plot but not use it so that others can develop it for you and pay rent while they stay there.

Your first plot

The game will make you choose one of 4 to 5 plots which will have a low level, here just build the buildings you need to get to acquire the manager certificate. Once you have the certificate move to a better plot.

What is a plot of land?

A plot of land is a place where you can build your sports city or academy. It is a square placed in a location in the world and once you rent it or buy it, you will be able to use it. There are approximately 50,000 plots of land in the SM3 world.

Can I change the plot of land I am in?

Yes, you can choose another plot of land in the world map and rent or buy. Remember after the first change of plot you will have to wait 30 days to move again to another.

What happens with the buildings I build in a plot when I move to another one?

Every building you build in a plot will stay there forever. This means that if you build a stadium in a plot in Poland and then move to a plot in Spain that stadium will not come with you.

Why would I buy a plot with real money?

There is always the free option by renting with in-game money but if you want to buy, the benefits are: you won’t pay rent, that plot is yours forever until you want to sell it, you can win real money if someone buys it from you for more than you pay and if you want you can rent it out to other players and get in-game money.

In a near future if you build an academy in one of your plots and the plot is really good you will generate excellent young players that you will be able to transform into NFTs.

How do I buy a plot?

First create a Metamask account and then link the wallet to Striker Manager 3. Once you have it you can choose to buy with Paypal or through cryptocurrencies.

Can I sell the plot?

Yes, you can sell any premium asset that you own. Just go to the asset and click on “sell premium player or plots”. Bear in mind that a 15,05% fee will be charged when selling NFTs

What happens if I want to buy a plot that is already rented?

Then you would own that plot but you would not be able to use it. You would get the rent the other user pays in your club’s account so you would make in-game money.

If I move to a plot that has buildings better than mine will I be able to use them?

Yes, everything that is built in a plot stays there and can be used.

Can I have more than one plot?

Yes, you can have as many as you want. Normally users have one to play matches and one with an academy to get great young prospects.
