Of course I was going to start with this one because pumpkin lattes are my favs.</li><li>Collect fall leaves especially the colourful ones.</li><li>Bring out all your sweaters, cardigans, chunky knits and other warm clothing.</li><li>Go apple picking at a local apple orchard.</li><li>Head over to a pumpkin patch to handpick your own pumpkins to carve.</li><li>Cozy your home with some fall decor. Add throw pillow and blankets to your sofa and light up some cinnamon candles.</li><li>In addition to #6, make your own potpourri with spices, cloves, nutmeg, orange peel and pinecones. You can display them in a bowl as fall decor.</li><li>Have a hot cup of apple cider or hot chocolate while reading a good book.</li><li>Have a DIY craft night making fall decorations.</li><li>Roast the pumpkin seeds you carved out of your pumpkins and have it as a snack.</li><li>Visit a local farmers market and pick out fresh produce.</li><li>Host a game night with fall-themed board games.</li><li>Go wine tasting — visit a local winery or brewery. Grab an ice cream from your favorite ice cream shop</h3><p>Treat yourself to a delicious ice cream cone or sundae from your favorite ice cream shop.</p><p>Going to an ice cream shop to enjoy my favorite ice cream is one of the best Sunday routine for me to reward myself.</p><p>It’s a sweet way to indulge and enjoy a little treat on your Sunday.</p><h3>27. Take a bubble bath</h3><p>Fill up your bathtub with warm water, add some bubbles, and take a relaxing bubble bath.</p><p>It’s a great way to unwind, relieve stress, and pamper yourself.</p><h3>28. So therefore, it is super important to pray everyday.</p><p>Prayer should be a top priority in your life in order for any of this to be possible.</p><h4>2. Practice Self Love</h4><p>Do you take time to take care of yourself enough?</p><p>Sometimes I am guilty of not taking time for myself and being able to pampering myself as I would like.</p><p>Self-love is a fundamental aspect of living your best life.</p><p>It involves accepting and embracing yourself unconditionally, recognizing your worth, and treating yourself with kindness and compassion.</p><p>Practice self-love by prioritizing your needs, setting boundaries, and engaging in activities that nourish your mind, body, and soul.</p><h4>3. Embrace Self-Awareness</h4><p>To live your best life, start by cultivating self-awareness.</p><p>Take the time to understand your strengths, weaknesses, values, and passions.</p><p>Reflect on what truly makes you happy and fulfilled.</p><p>Ask yourself thought-provoking questions like, “What are my core values?” or “What activities bring me the most joy?”</p><p>This introspection will help you gain clarity about who you are and what you want from life.</p><h4>7. Travel</h4><p>If you can afford it, travel at least once a year.</p><p>It is one of the most rewarding things will ever do for yourself.</p><p>Even if its just for a long weekend you should take a trip you’ve always wanted to.</p><p>I don’t know about you but whenever I travel and I return home, I feel rejuvenated.</p><h4>9. Change your Mindset</h4><p>Perhaps you have been thinking about starting a blog, or a yoga class or going on a diet.</p><p>But you are too caught up doing busywork and are yet to get started.</p><p>You tell yourself you are going to start tomorrow then tomorrow becomes another day and so on.</p><p>Now its mid-year and none of your set goals from January have been accomplished.</p><p>If this sound like you then its time to get your life back on track!</p><p>I too have been a big procrastinator and if I can change then you can too.</p><p>But in order to improve you have to be willing to change your old mindset.</p><h4>2. Plan Daily, Weekly, and Monthly</h4><p>When you make a list of things to be done, chances of forgetting it is slimmer.</p><p>Planning also helps you remain focus and therefore you feel less stressed.</p><p><em>Use a </em><a href="https://travelbeautyblog.com/journal-prompts/"><em>journal</em></a><em> or an </em><a href="https://amzn.to/3xMJxVK"><em>undated planner</em></a><em> for accomplishing this task.</em></p><p>Additionally, it gives you a sense of accomplishment whenever you start ticking things off.</p><p>These small accomplishments are what pushes you forward to getting the next task started.</p><p>This strategy works for me every single time and I’m positive it will work for you too.</p><h4>3. Get started on the Tasks at hand</h4><p>Now that you have your list its time for action.</p><p>The only way to get things done is to stop thinking about what needs to be done and start.</p><p>Focus on the end results instead of dwelling on the tasks to be completed.</p><p><em>Thinking it</em> and <strong>not</strong> <em>doing it</em> does nothing to improve the situation.</p><p>This is something that I still struggle with at times.</p><p>I would think about all the stuff that needs to be done and would usually end up feeling frustrated before starting.</p><h4>4. Do more Meaningful Tasks</h4><p>Figure out why is it that you can’t make time to do the things you really need or want to do.</p><p>Evaluate what you are spending a lot of time on during the day that can be substituted for more meaningful tasks.</p><p>Perhaps you have been binge-watching Netflix shows instead of getting starting on launching that blog you’ve meant to start.</p><h4>5. Complete one task before starting another</h4><p>Ever realized how the minute you get started on one thing something else pops up into your head?</p><p>The best way to deal with that is by adding it to your to-do list instead of stopping in the middle of what you are currently working on.</p><h4>6.
