Minting your xSPECTAR land is a simple and secure process.

Follow these steps to get started:

-Download the Xaman Wallet: This wallet will be your gateway to minting and managing your xSPECTAR land NFTs. Ensure it’s properly set up and connected.

-Go to www.xspectar.com

-Set Up Your xSPECTAR Account: If you don’t have an account yet, head to the official xSPECTAR platform. Setting it up is simple — just click on the X logo on the sign-in page to connect your XRPL wallet.

-Visit the Land Picking Page: Navigate to the dedicated land minting section on the xSPECTAR website.(see Minting Guide)

-Select Your Land: Browse the available parcels and choose the one that resonates with your vision.

-Mint Your NFT: Confirm your selection, complete the transaction, and voila! Your land NFT is now secured and ready to explore.

What’s coming up next?

We are working hard on adding the feature to trade your newly minted Land NFTs on the xSPECTAR Marketplace.

For now, you can use other marketplaces like XRP Cafe or bidds to trade xSPECTAR Land NFTs.

Keep in mind when trading the Land NFTs that you are buying and selling parcels, which can consist of vastly different amounts of land plots, anywhere from 1 plot up to 50 plot parcels and upwards. So when considering the price of a Land NFT, also calculate for the price per plot that you would like to receive or pay for.

Finally, use the URL to locate any parcel directly on the maps of the xSPECTARverse.

Splitting and Combining Land Plots and Reminting: A Feature for Flexibility

In the future, we’ll introduce a feature to split your parcels into individual plots, or combine several parcels into a large one. This will involve burning the original parcel and reminting it as newly shaped parcels.

You can now already burn your minted land NFT. Don’t worry, nothing will happen if you (accidentally) do so. You are still the owner of the specific land parcel, and you can simply mint as NFT again whenever you want.

Tuesday the 13th, at 10 AM GMT

The moment for 8–15 Agent holders to step into the spotlight.

Thursday the 15th, at 10 AM GMT

This date is set for 2–7 Agent holders to take center stage.

Saturday the 17th, at 10 AM GMT

It’s all about our 1 Agent holders. This day is for you.

Sunday the 18th, at 10 AM GMT

For holders of The DS Private Collection.

Monday the 19th, at 10 AM GMT

The door for all land owners is open to pick their land plots.

How to pick land?

Visit our website xSPECTAR.com, login to your account and you will see the option the the navigation bar called “ land picking “

To make sure land picking stays fair, we’ve set limits on the number of plots you can choose in each zone. This way, even in the second week of land picking, there will still be some special zones left for everyone.

Marina City

Marina City will be the first region xSPECTAR will build, and will also be the region of our XS Tower, located in Zone 1. Marina City is the smallest region in the xSPECTAR World with 6000 plots of land. The Town Square of the Marina is located in Zone 4.
