Autosuggestions and improvements to deadlines and notifications — Schedulist 1.9

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the new version of Schedulist — a productivity tool designed to help you manage your tasks and deadlines with ease. Our latest release comes packed with several exciting new features that will take your productivity to the next level.

One of the most significant improvements in the new release is the addition of autosuggestions. With this feature, Schedulist can now suggest tasks to add to your lists based on your previous activities. For instance, if you frequently have add similar tasks it will suggest those. It is contextually aware, taking into account if you’re inside a specific list (it will shine for your grocery list!), current time and how often you add an item.

We have also made significant improvements to the deadline experience. Our team has worked hard to ensure that the process of setting deadlines and managing them is now more streamlined and effortless. The new deadline experience is super-sleek, visually appealing, and almost makes you look forward to your upcoming deadlines.

Additionally, we have introduced actionable notifications that arrive one at a time. With this feature, you can receive notifications directly on your lock screen and take action without having to unlock your device or switch to the Schedulist app. This feature makes it easier than ever to remain productive even when you are on-the-go.

Lastly, we’ve sprinkled in some minor enhancements and zapped some pesky bugs to ensure that Schedulist is working at peak performance. We’ve got your back when it comes to productivity, and we’ll continue to make sure that our tool is always up to the task.

In conclusion, we’re excited to introduce the latest version of Schedulist, which will help you manage your tasks and deadlines more efficiently than ever before. Whether you’re a student, a professional, or a busy parent, Schedulist has got you covered. So, what are you waiting for? Give it a whirl, explore, stay productive and enjoy! 🎈🥳

Get Schedulist today at https://www.schedulist.app/

Autosuggestions and improvements to deadlines and notifications — Schedulist 1.9 was originally published in Schedulist on Medium, where people are continuing the conversation by highlighting and responding to this story.

New year — new you?

As we turn the calendar to a new year, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the past year and set new goals for the year ahead. And while it’s important to set those big, long-term goals, it’s just as important to break them down into smaller, achievable tasks that you can work on every day.

One key to productivity is setting clear goals and priorities. It’s easy to get overwhelmed with a long to-do list, so it’s important to focus on what’s most important and tackle those tasks first.

Another way to boost your productivity is to set aside dedicated time for your most important tasks. This might mean getting up a little earlier in the morning to work on a project before the distractions of the day start, or setting aside a specific time each day to focus on your goals. It can also be helpful to eliminate distractions, such as turning off your phone or finding a quiet place to work.

In addition to setting specific goals and priorities, it’s important to be flexible and adjust your plan as needed. Things don’t always go as planned, and it’s okay to change course if necessary. The important thing is to keep moving forward and make progress towards your goals.

As you enter the new year, take some time to reflect on what you want to achieve and make a plan for how you’ll get there. Whether it’s improving your productivity at work, getting in shape, or learning a new skill, with some careful planning and focus, you can make meaningful progress towards your goals in the coming year.

Together with setting up your goals for the new year it‘s a perfect time to revise the tools you use to stay productive every day. With a task management tool like Schedulist it’s easy to organize and prioritize your tasks, set deadlines, and track your progress over time. And above all it makes it easy to stay on top of things when things change — which they always do.

From the Schedulist team to all of you — best of wishes for 2023!

Use the discount code NEWYEAR23 to get 23% off on Schedulist Premium for an entire year (redeem in our web app).
