We’re Updating Our Pricing

Since 2007, we’ve led the way in redefining how electronic music is promoted with secure, easy-to-use tools that are trusted by the world’s top DJs and labels.

Now, we’re evolving our pricing to better support the way our clients work.

Why Now

Our old pricing was designed before subscriptions became the norm. After taking a detailed look at the data, it’s clear that billing per track you send offers a fairer and more flexible model.

What’s Changing?

Our four account plans remain the same, but instead of billing based on bandwidth, we’re switching to credits.

Each of the account plans come with a fixed number of monthly credits. Any unused credits at the end of your monthly billing cycle do not roll over to the next.

If you run out of credits, you can top them up on a pay-as-you-go basis. Top up credits expire after 60 days.

Whichever plan you’re on, each promo uses 1 credit per track per person you send it to. This means, for example, that if you send 1 track to 1 person, you’ll use 1 credit. If you send 10 tracks to 2 people, you’ll use 20 credits. If you send 4 tracks to 100 people, you’ll use 400 credits.

This new pricing structure offers benefits, no matter how you use FATdrop. Higher tier plans give you better value per credit. If you’re on the Essential plan, you can run a one-off campaign without committing to a subscription.

We’re also moving to billing in advance, making budgeting easier and eliminating unexpected charges.

When Does This Start?

Starting on 1st October, your account will update automatically on your billing date. There’s no need to take any action. All accounts on paid subscriptions will receive a free month as part of the transition.

Payment Updates

As part of this update, we’re also streamlining payment options and will no longer support Maestro cards.
