The ’20s is the age of real tension and pressure as you’ve no more financial support from your family and now you will have to be standing on your own feet, paying your own bills, and carrying the frustrating pressure of jobs.
Okay, now let me not scare you anymore as I'm also in a similar stage (turning 20 this year) and the harsh reality is that I'm also somewhere surviving my 20s, but do you know, that I have one idea that can solve all of your problems and will turn you into a better human. yes, You can also enjoy your 20s from now after reading this blog as I will be recommending your top 5 best books that you must read if you are too in your adulthood.
- The Alchemist — by Paulo Coelho (BOOK REVIEW)
The Alchemist is a famous novel written by the Brazilian author Paulo Coelho. I'm so sure that if you are a reader then you must would’ve heard this book’s name as your friends or family must have once recommended this book. but for those who don’t know, the Alchemist is a story of a young boy named Santiago, who visits the Egyptian country for finding a treasure that he dreams about continuously. Santiago went on his journey with the hope of finding the hidden treasure but, what he receives was the invaluable teachings of his mentors whom he met on the journey. with that, he falls in love, makes new friends, and learns the most lessons of life; the true purpose of his life.
Now, the most important question arises; why should you read this book if you’re in your 20s? okay, let me answer this with three teachings of this book that I learned and that can help you too with reading this book -

So, when I first heard about this book, I thought that this one must be an emotional roller coaster. but I was so wrong this is way more than that; it’s not just an emotional book it’s feeling in itself. Thanks to bookstagram for introducing me to this book. Okay, so let me tell you a little about a little life.
This book revolves around the story of four classmates; aspiring actor Willem, moody painter JB, quiet architect Malcolm, and the brilliant, mysterious litigator Jude. The book deals with daily life traumatic experiences that one suffers from like- chronic pain, disability, and trauma. Jude, who’s the main character of this book suffers from sexual abuse during his childhood and had a devastating life after his spinal cord got broken in a car accident. the journey of Jude is truly inspiring, and its a motivation for millions of people who are suffering from any kind of physical, mental, or emotional disorder.
As an adult, this book has taught me a lot, in many memorable ways, here are the life lessons of A little life —
- Don't rush for big achievements, live in the present moment.
- Treat everyone with equal respect; especially those who are already in pain.
- Do not hurt anyone; physically, emotionally, or mentally. as it can destroy their whole lives.

To Kill a Mockingbird is a coming-of-age story by American author harper lee. This book is a gem in itself and I can't stop recommending this to my friends and family. this is the best fiction book I've read in my whole life.
When Tom Robinson, a Black man, is falsely accused of raping Mayella Ewell, a white woman, Atticus agrees to defend him despite threats from the community. Although Atticus’s defense is strong, Tom is convicted, and he is later killed while trying to escape custody. Sapiens is the best non-fiction book that not only covers the human aspect but also teaches us about the importance of nature.
