How Much Medium Paid Me in July

Last month, I shared how much money I made writing on Medium during my first month. I had initially set out to share my earnings at the end of each month, but that did not happen for July. Yet. I am here now, though, to share my earnings for July.

During my first month of writing on Medium, I made a whopping $3.20. Of that, $2.27 was from referred member earnings and $.93 from my stories. Nothing to brag about, really. Regardless, I was pleased with these stats.

Audience Stats

I did not gain as many followers in during the month of July as I did during the month of June. This is mostly due to the fact that I hit the milestone of 100 followers and could now monetize my Medium account. I became more interested in producing content and letting my following grow organically. I gained 30 followers during July.
