The discovery

Since I signed up for Medium over a year ago and started publishing articles, I’ve also been looking at my stats regularly. There’s not that much to see there, but I’m still interested in the success or response of my articles.

How many views and reads my articles have, how many fans I have gained with an article, and of course whether it was internal or external readers.

And of course, I am interested in how long the readers stay with my articles. After all, that brings in money if they are internal readers.

I was all the more surprised when I saw this statistic a few days ago:
