So You Want to Start a Medium Publication? — Okay, Let’s Get Started

Starting a publication on Medium can be a fun learning experience and a good way to promote your work and the work of other writers. But, how do you get started? Or, have you created your publication, and now you’re wondering how to set it all up, so it looks like a publication?
I’ve had many writing peers ask me about how to create a publication on Medium. I’ve found the best way to explain is by sharing a screen and showing them the process because it isn’t intuitive or easy, at least for me.
