If you ever want to stop feeling what your feeling, write it down.

If you ever want to understand how your feeling, write it down.

If you ever want to process what your feeling, write it down.

A whole bunch of psychological issues arise from keeping thoughts and emotions bottled up. Its what ruins marriages and destroys friendships. And worst of all, it messes up your mind.

When you genuinely feel like you can’t talk to someone or more importantly don’t want to talk to someone, writing down your thoughts in a google docs and just saying all things you wish you could’ve said today leaves you with a clearer mind and a weight off your shoulders.

Forget the whole dear diary BS.

Start with “okay so here is what I’m feeling”.

Then write down exactly what you’re feeling and everything you wish you could’ve said today.
